I went in to get a second nose piercing and I was wearing a hoop at the time and she got it caught on the nose piercing couldn’t get the Jewellery and struggled pulling my nose trying to get it in causing a keloid in my nose… and it’s pierced so crooked I can’t get any other jewelry in.

Service was great! As soon as I called I was able to book an appointment at a time that was convenient for me and they were very accommodating with times. The shop has a great atmosphere with the decor and the music. I've had 2 tattoos done there now by Veronica and me and my family have gotten many piercings done by her as well. We have always been so happy with the turnout of our services and OF COURSE I will be going back if I ever want to get another tattoo or piercing! Strongly recommend :D

I believe she is the owner of the store, I went their to get my 3 years old daughter ear piercing, from the beginning she wasn't welcoming or comforting my little princess,instead she start conversation saying, did you explained to her? Did she knows its going to hurt (for 3 years old) was trying to be nice and said yes we already discussed she is going to look beautiful after the pain. PLEASE DON'T GO THEIR SPECIALLY FOR YOU LITTLE ONE, not professional at all, she is a night mare.

Had my daughters ears pierced by Veronica a few months back. She was frank, and quick - exactly how I hoped the experience would be for a 5 year old ear piercing. She doesn't mess around, just gets the job done and does it well! I would highly recommend her. Fast forward a few months, we changed our daughters earrings and she had a reaction to the new earrings and we couldn't get them out/changed. Took her back in and they changed the jewellery for us and put our daughter totally at ease again. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

Just had my first tattoo done by Henry and he did such an amazing job. Also they are really keeping everything sanitized and clean for everyone's safety, masks are mandatory and even if you don't have sanitizer they will make sure you must spray your hands. 100% recommend this place very good.

I went to ON2U for my very first tattoo and to say I'm extremely satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. From the very beginning to the very end, the staff was so helpful and made me feel like I was in great hands. Since it was my first tattoo experience, I didn't know what to expect whatsoever. The receptionist was incredibly helpful with my consult, booking my appointment, and letting me know exactly what I needed when I came in to get my tattoo. Veronica, the owner, was the artist who completed my tattoo and she made sure I was 100% satisfied with the design before she began. She pulled the brand new needle out of the case in front of my eyes and sterilized everything while I was sitting in the room. She put cleanliness first which was a huge priority for me. Veronica also did EXACTLY what I asked for with my design and I could not be happier with the turn out! Extremely nice staff, amazing first experience, and I will definitely return if I am ever planning on getting another tattoo! 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone :) Thanks Veronica and all the staff at ON2U who made my first experience a memorable one!

Came in here for a tattoo, the artist had awful customer service skills. It was my first time getting tattooed and he didn’t guide me through any of it at all. When I asked questions I’d get uninterested one word responses. He also wasn’t wearing a mask. Tattoo turned out okay, which is why this is a 2 star review instead of one; but please just go somewhere else or get Veronica to do it. This guy was just awful

I came in to have two dermals done and left with one because it was pierced crooked so she took it out. We had both agreed it was crooked. I came back two weeks later and not only was I not helped for 25 minutes after my appointment time but my dermal was pierced crooked again. We both knew it was but I told her I wasn't risking the scarred tissue and that I'd keep it. I've never written a review for something before but I figured people should know.

I have gotten several piercings done by Veronica. If I called to book an appointment I was able to get in at a convient time and when I showed up for my appointment she was always on time! I have also just popped in to ask about a new piercing and she was great with explain the pros and cons about the different styles of piercings to certain areas of the body. She also had the time to do it right then! The shop has a great enviroment and wonderful staff that greeted you as you walk in! I'm really disappointed with the service provided. I was a HUGE advocate and supporter, since I met Veronica in 2019. Went 2 separate occasions, another with a gf, and referred several other people her way but sadly I won't support someone who doesn't value loyal clients. I called back in February regarding a free piercing I won in 2019 at her annual grand opening anniversary, left a message to book and never heard back. I called last week to follow up, to see if she would still honour it, as I just seen it was only valid from January to December 2020. Since COVID disrupted alot of lives I figured since it was only 2 months past the expiry, she would honour it; I was sadly mistaken. She stated that she was only closed till June, therefore I had several months to claim this prize. I even stated that since I have underlying health conditions (high risk) I literally only went from home to work this past year. Of course someone in my position is going to be leery until things die down, regardless of any businesses cleaning schedule. She said she only considers making exceptions for her loyal clients and doesn't feel the need to honour it as I had plenty of time (6 months to use). Not going to lie, it caught me off guard, as she couldn't have had a stronger supporter, helping her business grow. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and won't be spreading good vibes her way moving forward.

Never really write negative reviews but I guess they took my fiance's deposit after she showed up to her appointment and said they will not refund it...all because she brought our son..whose name and our other children's names were being added on to an existing tattoo (he is 7). Lady there said they don't allow it yet it is not a posted rule on anything or anywhere, and wasn't brought up before the appointment. News to my fiance who worked at a tattoo shop before. Yeah but i guess that's what these reviews are for,...they were rude and coniving to one of the nicest customers they could have had ????‍♂️. She also drove over an hour to get to the appointment.

HORRIBLE Service. I booked my tattoo for a certain time, due to the fact that i have a child and booked a babysitter accordingly. My appointment was at 11am, and after 15 minutes or so of sitting in the waiting room, Veronica phoned her shop for me and told me she had slept in and had to meet up with someone else and that she would be there by noon. No problem, i'll go get lunch and return. I got back right at noon and waited, and waited some more. FINALLY at 12:45, an hour and 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time did she show up,(and yet I had to pay for half an hour at the time i scheduled the appointment to BE SURE I DONT FLAKE OUT ON THE JOB!!!!) a friend of mine who drove me there ended up having to leave for work (because I should've been out of there just after 12). When the job was finished I asked her for a discount, being that I was now, out more money for my babysitter, and a ride, so i had to pay for a taxi to take me to my child. So i asked her for a discount for my inconveniences. Guess what I was told.. NO! i will NEVER be back at this shop again

Got a munroe piercing a month ago by veronica and she was amazing! Super quick friendly, and puts you at ease. Only Downfall was she was 20 min late for my appointment because she had car trouble.. was worth the wait tho. Wouldn't go to anyone else for my piercing needs

Veronica gave me a piercing which was alright a little fumbled but ok. She quickly showed me and I was on my way. When I got home I was so disappointed as it was totally crooked. I went back she pulls the skin straightens it out and goes looks pretty straight to me! And sends me on my way. Well if you pull the skin ya you can make it look straight but that's not how the skin is and an experienced piercer would know that and know how to compensate for that. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. But I guess I will settle for a 1. Do not go here!
