SENT ME TO THE HOSPITAL!!! Most unprofessional piercer EVER! I went when I turned 18 to get a nipple and belly button piercing, (I was stupid and young and had no idea about piercings) she offered to cut my price in half if she could use the same needle for both piercings, that should've been my red flag to LEAVE. NEVER EVER let a piercer use the same needle even if it's the same body and same day, it's still unsanitary and dangerous. I'd know, I ended up in the hospital due to robins lack of knowledge or care, my belly button swelled up like a balloon so bad it wrapped around the piercing itself. Had to go to the hospital and get medicine to heal it, but the doctors said if I had waited even just a few more days I'd have to have my stomach cut open to remove the metal piercing. NEVER GO TO ROBINS! TLDR: she used same needle on me twice in 2 different locations sending me to the hospital to almost have my stomach cut open. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Just got my belly pierced. Only took about 5 mins for everything. She did a great job. Place is very clean and beautiful. Robin is very nice and fun. Only thing I have a problem is with is that she didn't show me or let me pick out the piercing.

Over two years I've gotten 5 piercings here, 2 of which were sets and neither of them are even. In some cases bars are better for healing than hoops. I wish I got bars, when they're not getting fresh-healing snagged they're laying funny because they're uneven.

Had my lip piercing for over 5 years went to Robyn's to get the hoop changed now im having a reaction to the new jewelry ! Have never had problems any where else in the past so the jewelry is crappy and cheep ! Next I call in pain she tells me to put pollysporin on it and peroxide WITCH YOU ARE NEVER SUPOST TO PUT ON A PEARCING !!!!she did not offer to change it or admit it might be a reaction to the crappy junk jewelry So after a couple days of being in pain I called a place in London who told me to change it back to a hypoallergenic one and NOT TO PUT THE CRAP ON IT THAT SHE TOLD ME TO ! But to rinse with mouth wash and to clean out side with saliene soulotion ????
