I inquired on Facebook regarding the availability of some Kwadron cartridge needles. SB distribution replied very fast and they went above and beyond with a picture of the items I was looking for as proof that they have them in stock. Paid via E-transfer, items were shipped the same day and I was provided a tracking number. Can't ask for more than that. Happy customer!

First time buying from this company , and never buying from here again ! Worst experience ever , spend over 550 dollars in one order and never gave me a tracking code , then after several emails they gave me 2 incorrect tracking codes and they send the package to another city because they make a mistake with the company and I never recieve any notification or info about my package because there wasn’t any way to track it , then the person on the phone say to me that he was to busy to solve my situation, I have to ask for a refund and learn that will never use this service again.
