(Translated) Very basic, stupid and totally detached customer service. My tattoo (lettering) has to be missed in two points, one because the first line has been crooked and much bigger than the rest. Two, after having made me explain by other tattoo artist, we came to the conclusion that it weighed too much on a thin skin, result I have a "blue" of permanent ink around my lettering which is on the forearm, difficult to hide. I went to see them again because of my blue and my line and I turned around saying that there was nothing I could do and that there was the risk of getting a tattoo. (Original) Service à la clientèle tres de base, bête et totalement détacher. Mon tatouage (lettrage) à ete rater en deux point, un parce que le premier trait à ete fait croche et bcp plus gros que le reste. Deux, apres m'avoir fait expliquer par dautre tatoueur, on en est venu a la conclusion qu'il a pesé trop fort sur une peau fine, resultat jai un "bleu" d'encre permanent autour de mon lettrage qui est sur l'avant bras, difficile a cacher. J'ai ete les revoir du a mon bleu et a mon trait et mon retourné de bord en me disant qu'il ne pouvait rien faire et que s'était les risques de se faire tatouer.
