Horrible experience. We went in to speak with Matt about getting several different tattoos. Each time we gave him our idea, he told us no. That he wouldn't do it. That it was a stupid idea and he wouldn't do it. I gave him idea of coins, and he told me no. That he would draw a circle with a date in the middle. My husband wanted the star-ship enterprise and he told him that a stupid idea and that he wouldn't do it. He was the worst person that I have dealt with in a very long time. Very inconsiderate.

Friendly professionals all the way around. Fast responses to emails for price quote. Was nervous about the deposit since I was coming in from out of town on military orders but they were willing to work with me if I had to reschedule. Joe did my work and did an absolutely phenomenal job. As long as I’m within a reasonable distance I wouldn’t want to get another tattoo at any other place!

Amazing tattoo shop! I was nervous about getting my first tattoo but I decided to get matching ones with two of my best friends. We had Matt and he was amazing. Always made sure that we could see he was using a brand new needle straight from a package and kept his work station very clean. During the process, he would pick up on when the tattooing would begin to hurt and he would start up a convo to distract you. Amazing service 10/10 would recommend to everyone and I WILL be back soon!

Great tattoo shop!! The artist went above and beyond when prepping, sterilizing and giving my tattoo. It was done super fast, the line work was clean and the shading was perfect (which isn’t said lightly, as I’m very picky on shading lol). Very friendly environment and whoever runs the aux has outstanding music taste ????!

All artists are incredible at Orange. My family and I received a traditional Japanese gourd matching tattoo from Brady and we are all very proud to wear it. Customer service is great, the artists are all accommodating. ***To anyone who is angry about being refused a tattoo*** ultimately, it is the artist's choice to tattoo you. If that artist believes your idea to be incompetent or not worth the time, thank that artist because you most likely chose the idea off Pinterest or google images, which means you really are not worth any artist's time.

My first tattoo.... The whole process was painless from start to finish. The layout was setup good all the way to the final result. I just had words done and they helped me from the design to the finish. I think it was Matt who did mine. The only problem I have is wanting more and they are all booked up for now. Lol.

This was my first time here and I am honestly very disappointed at how my tattoos turned out. I booked an appointment in advance with Joe, thinking that if I made an appointment, I would get a good artist who knew what he was doing. I thought since this place had great reviews, that these people would know what they were doing and that I could trust them. I wanted three small, simple designs which I emailed to them two days in advance so joe could plan for it. I got one my ankle, one on my rib cage, and one on my back. The one one my ankle turned out to be somewhat ok, but after removing the bandages from my back and rib cage and looking at them up close I noticed that the line work was done very poorly. He used stencils too!The lines are very wobbly and disconnected in some places, and some are thicker in in areas where he messed up and tried to go over them. Each tattoo was $100 plus tip, so I spent $360 total. This place is way overpriced and Joe clearly didn’t care about how these would turn out. He was also very distracted while doing my tattoos, because he was carrying on having a conversation with another one of the artists there while working on me. This was a huge a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place and I am not going back here. Maybe there are better artists at this shop, but this one just ruined it for me. I’m going to find a better artist somewhere else to fix these botched jobs.

I could not have been more satisfied with the staff and how my tattoo turned out. This was my very first tattoo, and I went to Kim. Kim was extremely versatile, gentle, and a pleasure to get tattooed by. She made the whole process feel painless and enjoyable! I highly recommend this shop and Kim in particular for any of your tattoo needs. Kim is the best!!!

Worst tattoo experience of my life. The artist I went took 20 seconds to draw up the picture I wanted on my arm (I had emailed it to him prior). When I asked him to change a couple of things and still wasn't satisfied, as he only spent about 20 more seconds on it and a child could have drawn something better, he acted as if I was inconveniencing him. He was super rude and handed me the pencil and told me to draw it the way I wanted it. I was super nice to him too. Then when I went to check out they told me I owed $300, when it took about 30 minutes. I had that corrected. I would never go back. I've gotten a few tattoos and that was by far my worst experience.

It was my first and he made sure to ease me into the feeling of the needle. Also adjusted the stencil prior to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. Never rushed me at any point. Great shop and friendly staff! Ian is a phenomenal tattoo artist and his creativity and ability to turn your ideas into a masterpiece is second to NONE. I have sent several of my friends to Ian and they all love their tattoos. We all get compliments on our tattoos fairly regularly and we always recommend people to Ian. In my opinion, the best artist in the area.

Seemed to be going well at first. Set up multiple sessions with Brady for a pretty big piece and loved the vibe we had going. Today I was sitting just down the road getting some food before my first session. 15 minutes before my appointment I get a call that he just didn’t draw anything for my appointment. No tattoo. I get it. These things happen. What really turned me off was that I wasn’t hearing this from Brady himself but rather someone else at the shop. He had time to call considering the next four hours he should’ve been tattooing me. Life lesson kids: if you let someone down- own up to that mistake. Be accountable. People will forgive you. Don’t have others answer for your mistakes. You will lose opportunities. If the man called me up and said “I messed up. I’m real sorry” I’d still be on the books. I chose not to reschedule.
