So obviously, you come here to mow the extra hair that comes out of your head & face but it's also a tattoo studio! The two primary esthetics for a man. When I first walked in I was greeted my Mikey's puppy who also kept me entertained while I waited for my turn! Awesome music playing in the background & the decor/skateboards on the wall gave a 70s Dogtown feeling. The staff is truly exceptional at what they do and listen to every request. Simply, it's the place to go should you be in or out of the area!

My tattoo artist and her colleagues were super nice and made me feel at ease for my first big tattoo project. It was also overwhelmingly simple to take an appointment and give a deposit. The worst experience that I had so far in Canada. The owner Mikey Rose is very rude, arrogant and extremely impolite. For him, customers are of no importance, the way he talks to a customer is unacceptable. He doesn't listen, mocks the customers and doesn't care about the customer's needs. I am not even talking about the fact that they don't provide payment receipts. This is definitely not the place I would recommend people to go. Stay far away from them!

These two are trying to find the couple that broke their window accidentally and feld, which is fair, they did technically vandalize the store in a way and didn't report it. That being said, but the owners making it public and making it seem like a good gesture (wanting to pay for their hotel room lol) is so dirty. You're going to have them pay for the damage up front, to sue them, and for police to be able to write them a police report for their insurance. ???? if you're not being sued or held liable for their injuries(if any), why even go to a news outlet with this? Hoping somebody might recognize them and let it slip, while you guys still look like the good guys lol Either way, if you find out who this is, the police will be involved, this won't be a misdemeanor because they fled. You making it public on CTV is making it worse for these two who will have criminal charges laid against them. ALL FOR A PUBLICITY STUNT FOR YOUR SHOP. Good deed lol you guys are sad

The barber did not listen to the customer and did his own thing. I showed Willy 3 different videos and told him multiple times that it’s not a disconnected undercut. He did his own thing and gave me a disconnected undercut anyway. I even stop him midway saying that the cut is too high, but he still did it anyway. The same level of customer service one would expect from a $5 barber shop in China town, except the chinese barber probably know more about how to deal with Asian hair.

The shop is really well decorated ans super clean.
