I don’t know if she forgot to note my appointment or if she just forgot it because she never apologized or explained herself. I was lucky to find Joanie, who saved the situation for me. I can understand and even accept that an oversight has occurred, but to receive no excuses, I find it unacceptable and I have lost the respect that I had. Fortunately Joanie was able to help me, I'm glad she was the one who finally tattooed me. If it weren't for her, I probably still wouldn't have this tattoo. (Original) J’avais réservé un flash de Julya Art, j’avais fait un dépôt et mon rendez-vous était planifié avec elle. Après que mon rendez-vous ait été reporté à deux reprises (par elle), je me présente au studio pour me cogner à une porte fermée à clé et un studio plongé dans le noir. J’ai pensé que je m’étais fait niaiser. J’ignore si elle avait omis de noter mon rendez-vous ou si elle l’avait simplement oublié car elle ne s’est jamais excusée ni expliquée. J’ai eu la chance de tomber sur Joanie, qui a sauvé la situation pour moi. Je peux comprendre et même accepter qu’un oubli ce soit produit, mais de ne recevoir aucune excuse, je trouve ça inacceptable et j’ai perdu le respect que j’avais. Heureusement que Joanie a pu m’aider, je suis bien contente que ça soit elle qui m’ait tatouée finalement. Si ce n’était d’elle, je n’aurais probablement toujours pas ce tattoo.
