Service was very nice and quick and price was affordable (for info, I got my two lobes pierced and bought their saline spray, all for 83$, which was less than I payed for a previous piercing I had got elsewhere). I am very disappointed with the outcome of my visit on Dec. 2nd, 2018. First, I called for price inquiry and whoever was working told me both piercings would cost me 35$ earring included. There was also a promotion going on and I pulled out a 50% of my entire total and my total coast ended up being 56$ so that was very confusing already. I got my both my earlobes pierced (one on each) and have had the worst 3 months of heeling. I was pierced with a sterling silver earing that had a plastic back not even metal. The earing was closed too tight and resulted in bubbles on each ear, back and front. I've been pierced before and never had these issues, I know the heeling process, I used saline spray each day and sea salt soaks for more than 2 months. The piercer who pierced me barely spoke to me and did not bother to tell me what i should do for aftercare, handed me a paper with instrcutions and walked away. I recently went to another piercing studio to find out the piercer pierced me diagonally and not straight. I had to remove my earrings and my holes have closed.

I've done all my piercings here over the last 10 years. I kept going here, because the place is clean. They get the job done and they know what they're doing. As for service, there's something left to be desired. Maybe it's just me. My last piercing was done a year ago here. Every time I tried to ask a question the girl would walk away or chat at up with another employee. I asked her a few questions in French and English, but she kept answering me in French. It's fine. But like I said this place is clean and they get their job done.

I am very disappointed & frustrated! I booked an appointment for January, when I called to reschedule it, the lady told me it was postponed for July! I had a follow up for the same tattoo of January to be continued in February. So, the lady didn’t noticed the second appointment. I thought that since I didn’t do my first part, the second one will automatically be cancelled. Today, she called me to say the advance payment that I made to book the appointment won’t be as a credit anymore because I didn’t show up for the second appointment. That I have lost my deposit. Rudely, she accused the fault on me. They said as they gave me a call and send me an email few days before which i didn’t receive. If I received why wouldn’t I save my money. Pay attention to your deposits, I do not blame their tattoos but the receptionist does not do her job & pretends to have done it in front of her manager. Now, she says if I want to reserve for July I will have to make again another deposit. Nothing was reserved under my name for that month. So why didn’t she told me this before when I called for a reschedule. Because she doesn’t do her job, i’m loosing my money!
