(Translated) Definitely do not recommend this place to you. I came for a tattoo almost 4 years ago now and my tattoo is still sore and swollen. I went to other professional tattoo artists and they told me that the tattoo artist was very hard on my skin which caused trauma preventing it from healing. My tattoo is very uncomfortable and there is nothing I can do. (Original) Je ne vous recommande définitivement pas cet endroit. Je suis venue me faire tatouer il y a presque 4 ans maintenant et mon tatouage est toujours douloureux et enflé. Je suis allée voir d’autres tatoueurs professionnels et ils m’ont dit que le tatoueur avait été très dur avec ma peau ce qui a causé un trauma l’empêchant ainsi de cicatriser. Mon tatouage est très inconfortable et il n’y a rien à faire.

I needed time before writing this review... 1 year later and I still have anxiety whenever I look at my tattoo... Rewind - I visited the shop 1 yr ago, it looked clean and employees seemed professional so i made an appt which ended up being rescheduled twice from their end for various reasons (sickness, childcare, etc). I was asked to send in images and ideas pertaining to my vision by email so that the artist is aware of demand and can "prepare" in advance of the appointment. Finally the big day, the artist has never seen my photos and has no idea what I want so I end up having to show her the images on my phone. After which she leaves and sits in a room to draw on an iPad, goes out for a smoke, chats with colleagues, draws some more, smokes again, chat some more (dont forget I'm paying by the hour) but not being consulted... comes back almost 2 hours later to show me what she has come up with... I suggest changes which she argues against and rejects. I tell her it's too big and she refutes. Some people are comfortable with larger pieces but I wanted something small and simple. She even argued about my vision regarding personal details and placement! I ended up with something larger than I wanted, placed weirdly on my forearm so it twists in an odd way and far too much detail making parts of it look blacked out. Fast forward a month later, my tattoo starts to fade in spots. I call and make an appointment because they guarantee for fading within 30 days of the job .That appointment was rescheduled 3 times!!! I finally gave up... Overall horrible experience. One piece of advice - tattoo shops can be intimidating to newbies but do not be shy to pushback if you feel like your vision/ideas are not being met or taken into consideration. After all, this will permanently adorn your body.

Simply an awesome place to go. Either for a tattoo or a coffee, the atmosphere is unique and inviting. All of the artists are super friendly and will talk to you ! Got my tattoo there done by @theraviolimaker and it went super well ! I for sure will be getting more pieces from this place !
