I went here a few months ago and got my belly button pierced, but it was crooked. I went back to get it checked out and she said it would be free to get it re-done. I called recently and I did not get it free because the piercer did not put it in the computer correctly. and ended up cancelling the re-piercing. I understand why I couldn’t get it for free but I was fine with it being crooked and wouldn’t have taken it out if it wasn’t going to be free.

Took my daughter for her first piercing today. The staff was very friendly and the girl doing the piercing was great. She made my daughter feel less nervous and checked in at each step to make sure she was OK. The store is kept clean and all tools were packaged and clean also. I would definitely recommend people go here for their piercing needs.

I didn't get a piercing here, but if you're looking for jewelry, look elsewhere. They have a small selection, so you're better off visiting another piercing studio, or looking online.

Has a great selection of jewelry! However employees are not very friendly or helpful. Needed help picking out a piece of jewelry for my conch, worker didn't provide any recommendations or help as to what diameter would work the best for me. I stood in silence trying to decide what to get and not to any surprise got home an put in the new piece of jewelry and it was way too big -shocker. Will not be going back for any of my piercing needs.

Went with my little sister to get her nose pierced for Christmas, the staff at the counter was rude and hardly acknowledged us or our questions but went out of her way for another customer really showing her true colors. Piercing hours were supposed to be from 12-6, we got there at 1 and ended up waiting for 20 minutes because the piercer 'stepped out'. When the piercer arrived she never even called my sister's name she just stood by the couch and waited despite there being 2 other people also waiting for piercings. really wouldnt recommend. Go ANYWHERE but here.

Initially I was pleased with the business setting; friendly staff, very sterile. On the other hand though the printed guidelines for cleaning were "optional" to take. Upon leaving I realized my ear piercings are uneven. Within three days I returned to the parlor due to their policy and discussed with the piercer how I was not pleased with the placement. I was assured by the piercer that my new ear piercings were "perfectly even" and that my other (eight) piercings are misaligned due to my body anatomy, this is untrue. It was insisted that if I remove my earring the piercer would place the replacement piercing in the exact same spot. I ended up feeling obligated after being asked twice "are you happy?" to say I was tolerant with my piercing. It is now a five days and I have since removed it. I will be having it repierced at a different parlor after the recommended six month healing time. Unfortunately for as excited as I was to go to this parlor due to the ratings, I will personally not return or recommend THFY.

I've gotten 90% of my piercings here, absolutely lovely staff, great piercers, always a great experience here! My only downside is they've sadly added a 10$ fee for jewelry changing, which I mean, I get, it's a hard time for everyone now, upping prices is bound to happen, it's justified, just wasn't expected/welcomed

I had a great experience at the victoria square mall thfy. I got my industrial done there, the lady who pierced me was so nice even though I was nervous and chatty as hell, it was a very clean and well kept store, i have been to other piercing places that are no but this place was by far the best one ive ever been to. The store was a bit empty, with very little jewellery on display but im sure theyll fix that soon! ????

Do NOT recommend going here! Went here for a piercing she messed it up, put it way too high! It was as high for it to be a surface piercing! Contacted them. She said she would re-do it. So not once, not twice but three times she messed it up!! So I wasted all my money to have to end up taking it out!

I've had a total of 10 piercings done by THFY in Regina and I was very pleased. Pleased with the piercings themselves, pleased with the friendly and knowledgable staff, pleased with the sanitation of the building, and pleased with the patience and friendliness of my piercers each time. Overall very pleased. Would recommend going over the cleaning process as well as giving them a cleaning instruction manual. As I got into my car I poured coffee on the paper and was left with no knowledge on how to care for my new piercings besides google. Thank you to all the staff I have met in my 4 of my THFY appearances

I've pierced my ears by the end of August. The holes weren't straight (one of them I've pierced two weeks after and still have a problem with another one). That's definitely the wrong place for such things.

Terrible customer service, piercers are rude and unqualified. been there twice and both were a waste of money that I got blamed for (one was uneven piercings, they said I should have told her to move it but she didnt even show me it, later went to get a new nose ring and was given the wrong gage after telling her what I needed). Not to mention the lady who rung us up had a vape sitting on her keyboard, how unprofessional. go to gaslight if you want a good piercing from friendly and qualified people.

I just had my septum pierced here and it was a terrible experience. Front staff was friendly and welcoming, however the piercer was cold and not very knowledgeable. I wasn’t asked any questions about where I wanted the location of my piercing or about any past experiences I’ve had (I warned her it’s been pierced twice and was done crooked once, which the piercer literally said nothing to.) or any questions or concerns I might have. I was asked to lay down on the bed so I figured it would be marked and I’d be asked if I like the location. No, within less than 30 seconds of clamping she asked how it felt, I said I’m not sure since I can’t see it and then she said take a breath and the needle was through. When I was asked to look at it it was so far back into my nose, crooked and sitting right on my lip. I could barely see the bottom of the horseshoe. She told me if I wanted to see the jewelry more I can change it to a bigger horseshoe when it heals. I expressed I wasn’t happy with the location and she asked if I wanted it redone right now. I asked if it’s possible given that I have a fresh hole and she said I don’t know, I asked if we did it again if it would be okay, she said I don’t know. I asked if she usually marks the location and she said no because she couldn’t see the marking anyways, which doesn’t make sense since you need to see where the needle is going. I asked what determines the location and she said wherever it’s clamped. I decided not to go through with a redo since she couldn’t assure me it would be safe to do so. I asked the front desk if she was the most experienced or if there were any other experienced piercers and they said I don’t know. Literally every question was “I don’t know”. I take responsibility in the fact that I should have asked more questions beforehand and trusted my gut when nothing was discussed before I was asked to lay on the bed. I received a refund with a warning that I’m not allowed to come back and receive a piercing there again, and that my file would be marked, which is perfectly fine since I’ll be seeking a professional, knowledgeable, experienced piercer when this heals. Lesson learned.

I've gotten 5 piercings at THFY and I won't be going back as four didn't heal well, despite following their care instructions. They were not incredibly personable - I like to feel comfortable with someone if they are going to stick a needle inside of me, especially if it is a permanent one, and they did not do this. There are different piercing options in Regina - find and use one of those!

Rochelle promised to have the manager call me, but never did. As a result of a ear piercing, I was left with a massive trauma bump...not once, but twice. It was expensive and painful for months. I understand that this will happen sometimes, it was the lack of concern and help offered. Purchased 3 earrings also, but apparently they can afford to lose clients no problem.

Awful experience. My daughter has to get her belly button redone because they screwed hers up so badly. They never gave us cleaning or care instructions, we tried asking questions but never got answers. The receptionist barely looked up at us from her phone and when she did was very rude. When we went to another place to get it looked at they took one look at it and knew where it was done. Never will I go back.

Customer service sucks..they sold me a earingto match the one I had on my other ear..measured the diameter and gauge...thn sold me one to match..unfortunately the one they sold me dosent fit the hole I hav as they forgot to check the size of my hole. Took it back to exchange it for one that works..but had none..wldnt giv me money back for their mistake. They wld repierce my ear for 27.50 so it wld fit..that came from the manger...so they screw up and thn want me to pay 27.50 in order to use the wrong earring they sold me..I totally do not reccomend this place at all. I delt with 2 diffrent receptionists there..one was extremely friendly..the other one not. at all...hit and miss on tht one too

I got my industrial done over a year ago and I've struggled to put new bars in it and I went to another piercing shop today and asked my no other bars but the one I got with the pericing will fit and the lady said that she peirced it wrong. She said that she had pierced the bottom way to high, so recommend not going here they always mess up everything and are in a rush.

the lady who pierced me was miserable. i got the piercings, that's the only good thing i can say about the experience. one is very crooked, and both have intensely low-quality jewelry that isn't actually piercing grade. it took very literal hours to remove the ball ends. invest in higher quality products with the proper internally-threaded jewelry, or expect to only see your customers once.

Staff was great and Jamie the girl who did peircing was very friendly and good. Reason for one star is because my baby daughters peircing was done wrong and was offered to get it done again once the first hole heals up. Any parent will find this heart crushing and mistakes happen. I hereby want to suggest all parents that please get one ear at a time or mark the dots at home so that they dont rush the things and get it wrong. We all go to professionals to get our job done property but there is still room for mistakes as per my experience. Babies move head fast so it's hard to judge quickly if the dots marked are a match on both sides so please all parents take your good time and mark them at home and the peircing fellow can double check too.
