I loved it so much. I was really really nervous at first. The person who pierced my ears was named Vincent Sartorelli and he was wonderful. He shared his own stories and was very lovely and kind. I would definitely go again 17/10! :)

The selection was a little lacking, the staff didn't seem to be fully trained (except the manager) and their prices were easily five times higher then I'd expect.

I went with my friend to get his piercing and the piercer was super rude and unprofessional towards me. After my friend came out he said it was because she liked him and thought I was his girlfriend. Super unprofessional. Will definitely not be going back.

So I got my belly pierced by them and it was actually by an apprentice and my friends were freaking out saying it was gonna turn out bad and be bad but that"s not the case. Amazing service everything was clean the lady who helped and pierced me was great i"ve had no issues so far with my piercing so all in all i"m very pleased and happy with the services provided.

I had an appointment booked for a nostril piercing here and it was rescheduled the day before because the piercer wasn’t going to be in that day, which makes me wonder why I was able to book an appointment at all on that day. Not a great first impression. When I got there on my new appointment day the piercer was quite blunt and unprofessional. This was my first piercing and I did not feel at ease at all. I was willing to forget about these aspects but I just realized he did my piercing wrong too. I told the piercer I wanted a hoop, but was pierced with a stud instead since he doesn’t pierce with the hoop for infection and healing reasons. Except now that I’ve finally replaced my stud with the hoop, the angle and positioning of the piercing was completely off for a nose ring. Probably gonna have to let it heal and re-pierce it later (somewhere else). This guy clearly doesn’t actually care about piercing and is just here for a paycheck. Other establishments offer better prices too. Don’t waste your time/money.

Got a nose piercing here just today. Vincent was super informative and highly professional, the whole process was super reassuring and completely painless. It all went smoothly and they give you plenty of good advice on upkeep of the piercing and how to help it heal! All in all a great experience, 100% would recommend for fellow first time piercers!

I don't have piercings but my daughter does. I accompanied her into the store. Wow the gal that helped us was so nice and knowledgeable. This store has everything you would need for piercings and to be pierced. Definitely quality product. This is no run of the mill stuff.

Can't say enough good things about the team here Vincent helped me with my naval ring that was casing me tremendous pain do to my fault of putting kn the wrong sized jewelry, wen in on a whim such a better experience then I expected, he swapped out my jewelry for a proper sized one and I felt better immediately! My daughter got a helix piercing here. The staff was super friendly and the guy that pierced her made it super chill and calmed her down as she was nervous. A great first experience would definitely recommend for first timers just make sure you have photo id ????

I got my snake bites done here. They are uneven. I was just able to change my jewelry out and put hoops in like I told the piercer I wanted which they wouldn't do only bars and they are too high for rings. They are supposed to rest on the top of your lips and instead they sit so high above they push into my top lip while I have my mouth open I can't even close my mouth with them in and they look horrible. Do not get a piercing here. EVER!!!!

very expensive for what you get, about 3x more than other places. The piercer was kinda rude to me aswell and I felt uncomfortable. wont be going back got my seconds done and within a few days turned my ear and onto my neck black and purple especially around the peircing

My boyfriend and I bought a necklace here and it broke before we even left the mall. The staff were very reluctant to grant a replacement despite the fact that the necklace had broke within an hour of owning it. When we were finally granted a replacement it broke within 2 weeks.

I asked if that would fit and thr girl said "oh yea but we cant try it here cuz of the policy you have to try it at home and there are no returns" Went home and ot didn't fit. Jewelry is great quality and they have a huge varierty. Staff here are really friendly, helpful and knowledgable! I would like to point out Kat specifically and say anytime i come in and she is working, whether helping me or another customer, she is always happy and keen! Super easy to talk to as well! And i just had my labret pierced by Dean and a young lady who is training (forget her name), but they have a good sense of humor and super friendly!

Spent 50 dollars of 2 hinged nose rings and cannot wear them because they are too thick. Wasn't able to move my mask down for the rude girl so she could see what I was currently wearing. She stated under no circumstances, was I able to lower my mask. I didnt even ask. Told if I wanted to have my nose sized I'd have to have proof of a negative covid test. I should've told them too keep their rings . I can't return for proper size.
