I wanted to give a 4 or 5 because I'm very pleased with the outcome. I got my piercings here. The piercing guy measured accurately and knows what he's doing. I do have 2 criticisms: 2. The lady at the desk Erin was very obviously glaring at me while I was paying. She was fine when I walked in but she looked at me twice while paying as if she was disgusted or angry. It was very rude and gross. 1. The piercing guy was a bit touchy.. I found it odd he'd elbow my arm lightly or pat my shoulder almost every few minutes lol I wasn't all that bothered but I find it a bit weird since, ya know, covid.

Craig is always awesome! Knowledgable and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure my piercing change from a stud to a hoop was a good fit. He offered to order me a custom sized hoop and everything. I adore the staff here and always leave feeling my best. I made an appointment weeks earlier for my balayage, and the day came. I walked into the salon with my puppy chihuahua, to which the secretary responded with “sorry, we don’t allow dogs in here.” I replied “he is my service animal wench.” She ended the conversation by saying “k.” My salon artist found me and shot my dog down immediately. I cried out “NOOOO NOOOOO JOSEPHANY THE THIRD MAGISTRATE!!!!!” She showed no remorse. She pierced my eyelid, hitting my eyeball in consequence. I type this with an eyepatch. Overall experience: 1/10. Could be better.

Went to Trend Setters today for a pedicure with Stephanie. So glad I did! She did such an amazing job. My toes look great. Also, I loved chatting with her, she is very easy to talk to. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing experience. I could have fallen asleep! And that chair was awesome. I wish I could take it home with me!!! The price was reasonable. I totally recommend visiting here. It's clean too. They definitely follow proper safety and sterilization protocols. Also, I have neuropathy in my feet. Stephanie was so good at not aggravating that burning sensation. She was very knowledgeable. To sum it up, if you are looking for a place to get a good pedicure, this is the place to go. Two thumbs up!

Huge variety of services to choose from including highlights, color, piercings, eyebrow tinting, among many others. Recently they've added optional alcohol service, which is nice for a relaxation day. Prices can be a bit steep, but they use quality products and have great staff on hand from what I've experienced.

I would not go to the solan for blonde hair . I asked for platinum blond I got copper blond and I have foil lines in my hair. All they would do to fix it was put more toner in it. I I wouldn't recommend the bond specialists there and I would not recommend the salon to anybody.

I'm tired of being ignored. It is illegal in BC to sell cash gift cards or gift certificates for a cash amount WITH AN EXPIRY DATE. A friend bought me a cash gift certificate from Trend Setters Hair Studio and Day Spa upon my recommendation. The certificate has an expiry date on it. Regardless of why I couldn't go in earlier, or that they were closed for just over two months, it is ILLEGAL to have an expiry date on a certificate with cash value. (Specific products or services, yes, as the cost of goods can change.) I've left three messages with reception for the owner to call me back and it's been two weeks with no return call. (Reception told me I couldn't use the certificate.) Life is too short to be screwed over. I would like to get my friend his money back and warn other people that businesses should not be stealing your money.

Fully recommend for piercings ! I got my nipples pierced and the environment was lovely. I felt safe and comfortable while I was getting them done. Craig is a cool dude who made it very relaxing to get done ! Completely professional and very knowledgeable. I had them done years prior without knowing they were originally placed wrong ! The peircer craig at this establishment is very unprofessional. He peirced my tongue completely crooked to the point where I thought even a toddler could do a better job. He is very touchy and gives off unsettling vibes. I complained about this problem and he messages me personally to take it down, when I didn't comply he became irrationally angry. WORST place to get a piercing!!!! Craig pierced my “Ashley” way too low so he said he’d fix it for free I had to pay 30 bucks for the new jewellery and the piercing is in the EXACT same place. waste of my time and money. Pacific body west jewellery is way better.

Just went today to get piercings for the first time (that I actually remember lol, not @ Claire's as a kid w a piercing gun), and it was a great experience! I came for five piercings; snakebite, two nostril, and septum, and the entire time Craig made sure I was well informed of every step and relaxed and comfortable the whole time. He answered all of my questions no matter how "common sense" they seemed, and made sure I knew I could call or email for any additional information or aftercare directions. He measured every piercing repeatedly and definitely took time and care in the placement and piercing itself, and I was so satisfied by the end with how amazing everything looked. I absolutely recommend coming here if you want a gentle, professional, and informative piercer. ???? If I'm ever out Prince George way again I hope that I'll be able to come in for more piercings!

So yesterday due to a miscommunication I missed my 1 PM appointment well actually it was for 1230 apparently I was right next-door killing time at the mall waiting for my appointment but anyways I missed the appointment I found out when I walked in at 1 o’clock . Reception was able to book me in for a haircut today for which I attended and at the end of my appointment when I went to pay I found out that there is a $2.95 fee for missed appointments. Craig because of this petty fee you have I will no longer be coming to your your salon for haircuts in the future and just to let you know I had spent over $30 on product today. I will encourage my family also to not attend to your location . I must note that Kayjll has provided me with great service and quality haircuts sorry Kayjll. Went here for the first time, great atmosphere! I got my hair done by the owner she did a wonderful job. It is owned by a husband and wife and they are extremely friendly and caring. They only bad thing I have to say is there one front receptionist who is heavy set with blonde hair is incredibly rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I found she degraded the pace with her bad attitude and unfriendly approach. I was waiting in the front for a while and can definitely say she treated all customers poorly. Even when I called to book my appointment I almost wasn't going to book do to her bad attitude on the phone. I was so surprised to see a person such as her working there when the owners are so great? Other then the heavy set blonde at the front this is a wonderful place.

I went to Trendsetters for my first time to get a facial. I have had facials at other salons in Prince George before. The service was good. The products they use seem decent quality and I noticed a big change in my complexion the next day. The only downfall was I paid for an hour long facial and maybe got a 45 min facial. The esthetican was a few minutes late for my appointment and I was done about 10 mins earlier than expected. I also think they could do some more massaging as a lot of the time I was just laying there waiting for the peel and mask to finish setting. It was also hard to relax cause they had construction going on in one of the rooms and I could hear saws going and things being ripped apart. I am undecided if I would try again...
