Did an excellent job! The staff was very kind and understanding, my wife felt very comfortable to have her first ear piercing done at this place. I would give more stars if I could and would very much recommend this place if you are looking to get your piercings done here.

I have gotten a number of piercings there and they were all terrible. They fixed one piercing for free but it was just as badly done the second time around and I realized I'd save myself a lot of grief if I went somewhere else. I moved and finally went in to have everything assessed and fixed and they had no idea why my piercings were all at really weird angles. "It's like he twisted your ear and then pierced you at random." On top of all that, the couple that own the store are sour and unpleasant to deal with. I wanted one of my piercings a little lower and I was given grief because he "knows everything because he's been in the business for so long" except...turns out not so much. Shame on you. A client should get to have some input in what they are having done to their body without you getting your nose out of joint. I'm sad that I didn't just wait to go somewhere else but Prince George is a bit limited. If they are all you've ever experienced then go somewhere else (anywhere else!) and you'll see/feel the difference.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I got my tragus pierced there a couple months ago and it was absolutely amazing. Elaine was so friendly and so was John. He was super funny and laid back. He made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had. Such a great place, 10/10.

These two are always super welcoming and friendly! I don't experience such a welcoming atmosphere at very many places, but they both make you feel like an equal, they make you comfortable, and they have always been super kind! They're also very informative, and tell you what to expect, and walk you through step-by-step so you're not caught off guard by the piercing process. I do recommend their business to friends and anyone seeking to be pierced or needing jewelry.

I got my nose piercing here. I'm super happy that I chose Pacific Body because they are super neat and everything was sanitized and sterilized. They also have a nice sense of humour that you can't stop laughing. Strongly recommended.

Very small town closed minded flouride drinking mentality. They do not understand placing a bead that fell out of an ear piercing can be put back in even if it's not "their jewellery " {note they do not create their own piercing jewellery} . Do not recommend this place and not sure how they can even have a business in this industry, every other piercing shop in Canada and the US will put your bead back on your earring for you. Do not support this business.

My wife got her ear pierced here and it has been nothing but trouble. The piercing themselves were done poorly and not placed correctly. They were not equally spaced and the rods that were inserted were not the appropriate length. She has had to go to trend setters and the lady there commented on how poorly they were done. She also provided way more support for her in terms of care for them. And stated at how poorly many other peoples experience has been with him. And the fact he puts the beads on the end of the rods on with a solvent making it very very difficult to get them apart. I would never recommend going here for any piercing!

Great people, very welcoming when I came in yesterday to get my Daith piercing. John was hilarious and helped me with a breathing technique to get through 5 mm of cartilage in one go! Elaine was extremely rude and we are happy to spend our money somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. And anyone we know who wants a piercing we will not recommend. Yes, let’s be perfectly clear here. I phoned for 3 different piercings for 2 diff people all at the same time and was given times all over the place. When I questioned the times she was extremely rude, even hung up on me... so we booked with another business in town with absolutely NO PROBLEMS. I would much much rather spend MY hard earned $ with a company who values their customers and understands customer service. No argument needed.

Pacific is an extremely clean and professional shop. Both John and Elaine are welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. Ive asked many questions about procedures, aftercare and jewelery, and they are always happy to take the time to listen and thoroughly answer. While in the chair, I have never felt more comfortable. John and Elaine were very welcoming and knowledgeable! I got my ear lobes "re-pierced" after a 2-decade hiatus of not putting earrings in. In my case, I still had the "tubes," as John phrased it, of the pre-existing holes from when I was young. Instead of creating new holes in my ears, John was thorough in measuring the existing tubes to ensure they were accurate and symmetrical, and simply "opened" them back up; painless and efficient! Because of this, I was charged appropriately for the service provided (versus charging full price for a new piercing) which came as a pleasant surprise to me (as I was already okay with the price knowing I would be getting quality care and service) and speaks to their professionalism and integrity for the services they provide. Now a month later, my ears are completely healed with the medical metal "holder" earrings and ready to be swapped for my personal ones! Thanks again Pacific Body Jewellery and Piercing!

I got my eyebrow pierced here a number of years ago and have since been back with friends as they had their piercings done. The equipment they use is clean and sterile, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If I were interested in getting another piercing, this is where I would go.

I’ve never had a bad experience with John and the staff. I’ve had all my piercings done by him, most recently my nipple and frenulum (smiley). He’s always made me feel very comfortable, and his humour keeps me distracted from my nervousness. He is professional, the shop is incredibly sanitary and John is extremely knowledgeable, if I was ever concerned about my piercings and the way they are healing, I’d go no where else to discuss said concerns. Wonderful experience, won’t go anywhere else. I’d give 10 stars if I could lol

Out of all the places I've been to throughout the country, this was the best experience I have ever had with a piercer.
