Nice people but I think there overcompinsating for there tattooing capability. Got a tat looks as though it was rushed line work and interesting shading. Very unpleasant because they wont do a touch-up. But hey its only on my body permanently no biggy right

Showed up a few minutes late too an appointment due too traffic. The gentleman "mike" at the door was extremely rude and denied our appointment without hesitation over 10 minutes. If you're looking for a friendly experience dont go here. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Went in to get a new earing for my daughter to replace the ball that fell out on hers. The guy was very nice with her ear(fresh piercing) and afterwards I went to pay and he said dont worry about it. There are good people in this city! If I'm getting a tattoo it's from here.

I got in super quick, and the piercer (I think his name was Mike) was extreamly professional and helped make me feel calm. It was only $30 and he even trusted us enough to go to the bank really quick because they didn’t take debit. Overall extreamly nice and they did a great job on my piercing! This is an old building divided up into artist areas. The shop is clean and I was promptly accepted as a walk in. Jordan was very polite and personable. He did a great job replicating my wife's actual hand writing.

I went to the st Catherine's location for a peircing, and didn't get one. I was ignored in the lobby for 15 mins, no one greeted me or anything. Actually two customers greeted me . How sad is that, don't ever go here ! Horrible people skills, if you work there I hope you see this .

Stupid I went to get a helix piercing and me and mom waited there for an half an hour just for someone to come talk to us there were standing watching us stand there!!! Then they finally came over and asked what we wanted and we said helix peircing and they ask how old I was I said 13 they said we don't pierce ppl under 14 who've what is the difference between 13 and 14 also very unprofessional and unfriendly I had the worst experience of my life not recommended

Went in for incredibly simple tattoo and the "artist" Jason messed it up. A few weeks later and he refused to touch it up for free. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. The parlor and tools were clean but I would never recommend Jason to anyone. Go somewhere else.

I got my nose pierced here and he pierced it with a way to small hoop so it constantly pulled every time i moved my nose in anyway it pulled down and pulled the hole making it swell and bleed. I didn’t even have it for 2 days before I went else where to have to have it pried out of my nose

Horrible piercing done by piercing artist. I clearly communicated that I want a stud for initial piercing but wanted to change to hoop for my nose piercing in the future. Piercer did not pierce in an adequate position. The stud provided was much too short for my nostril. Hole was done on an angle so the inside opening is a pain to deal with in terms of replacing the piercing. 0/10 experience for first peircing. I'm honestly not even sure I wish to get a piercing in the future after my experience.

Booked a consult and met with Alex. Shop was clean and he was professional and friendly. Ended up going somewhere else based on a referral from a friend ... Alex was nice enough to go out of his way to e-transfer my deposit back so I didn’t have to make a trip to the shop from out of town. Bad experience. Didnt even have the chance to get a tattoo. Horrible customer service. The artists were completely rude. All they did was complain they weren't getting paid enough. They told me if I wanted to change my appointment I had to call a week in adavance. Which I did, I asked for a weekend because I work full time. They tried to book me 3 weeks later for a weekday afternoon appointment. Would not work with me on an appointment date. Went in to collect my deposit back, made me sit there and wait. While they smoked a cigarette and texted. Will not be going there. Not happy.
