I went back three weeks later for a down size and another jewelry change and again she made the experience so amazing! I will only ever see her now for piercings and jewelry changes. TRENTON is my "go-to-guy" when I want something amazing. His patience and quality of detail is absolutely mindblowing. LANCE has the "eye" of an eagle and knows exactly how it fits on you and then makes it even better, how??? no idea! But he does it. JORDAN the " Obi-Wan Kenobi" of the electric pen is well........you have to see to believe. His Hyperrealism is second to none. There is a reason why his work is in magazines. Alyssa and her team are wonderful. I was blown away by how Alyssa took my idea and transformed it into the dream tattoo that I wanted. She started my hip piece which I gave her a few key pieces, and she designed a stunning piece of art. I felt so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole tattoo process. She touched up old tattoos on my wrists and I am so in love. I can't stop looking at them and showing them off. I have a piece of art on my body that will forever capture a moment and memory thanks to Alyssa. Can't wait for the finished product.

First time there and I was really impressed. Ive been to quote a few shops over the years and this one definitely stood out. The mood/style of the place is really modern and friendly. I was never made to feel rushed and my artist (Alyssa) wouldn't stop until she felt it was perfect. I was getting tattoos of my kids drawings, and while simple and silly, she made me feel like I was getting works of art done. If you're considering your next tattoo definitely check this place out. It's the only place I'll be going to from now on.

She is very knowledgeable when it comes to piercings and nice and Gabb does amazing colour/anime rates. Probably one of the best tattoo shops I've been to.

I was tattooed by Lance and received a half-sleeve portrait of my horse on my forearm. Not only is Lance incredibly talented but he is also very attentive and worked with me to ensure that the tattoo was EXACTLY what I wanted during the design process and his execution was on-point. Further to having had the pleasure of being tattooed by such a talented artist, the shop itself is incredibly bright and welcoming making it a very comfortable space and all of the other artists and reception staff that I interacted with while there were very friendly. I would highly recommend both Lance as an artist and the shop in general. ***UPDATE*** After my positive tattoo experience, I returned to see Jen for a lobe piercing and this too was a super positive experience. Jen showed me the jewellery options and explained what they were made of before then taking me to the piercing area. She was very professional and thorough in explaining what she was doing in the moment and in explaining the aftercare instructions. This was my first experience with a professional piercer and it was a really enjoyable one.

Super rude staff, high turnover of artists and staff as well. No refunds even if you are on a waiting list rather than actually having an appointment. A junior tattoo artist was rude to me AND my friend I referred to her since she refused to give my deposit back. Also, when sending money it doesn't go to this tattoo shop. It goes to someone else who's in NYC. 10/10 don't recommend.

Beautiful studio with lots of talented artists. I spent close to 2 hours bussing here just to get the perfect piercings. I would highly recommend anyone to get a piercing from Jen. When I have gone to other places I was often nervous or uncomfortable. Then I by chance got a piercing by Jen and I have never been so excited and more relaxed with any other piercer. I went in for my first ever tattoo with Kevin at Sage. We met for the consultation, and I was booked in a few weeks later for the appointment. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the booking, so I arrived on the day and was told Kevin wouldn't be able to make it in that day, as he had a scheduled day off. Typically, this would leave a sour taste in my mouth, but Jordan (owner) and Megan (manager) did everything to resolve the problem with such a high level of professionalism that I left feeling even better about the shop and it helped to ease any anxiety I was feeling. Speaking of which, when I did sit down with Kevin for the appointment, he was so positive about me being able to handle a good 7-8 hours in the chair for my first tattoo, that any doubts or worries I had just faded away. What an experience! Super chill staff, clean atmosphere, and as for the tattoo itself... it's like a piece of art that I would hang in my house and pass down through generations! Except, I get to look at it wherever I go, and it still inspires me on my bike whenever I need to push through the pain. Cheers, guys. Can't wait to get in and finish the sleeve with Kevin, and hopefully many more tattoos with your talented group of artists!
