I went here today for the first time. I have nothing but positive things to say! My sister and I got little ghost tattoos and crystal was amazing! She was patient and willing to help me in every step. She was fun to hang around and we cracked jokes the whole time while we were together! Comfy environment and BIGGEST thing to me! Every client gets a brand new factory sealed needle! They don’t try to use an autoclave it’s just brand new everything! Which is a rarity in Ottawa! Fantastic job crystal my sister and I love our lil ghosts! 100% recommend!

The atmosphere in this place always makes me smile!! From the pics and prints in the walls and the music playing , to the amazing Peeps who work there!!! Crystal is a hoot ???? and an amazing artist!! Loving all my tatts from Crystal!! And come on how adorable is she?!? She’ll even let you pick one of her ‘squeezie’ toys to hold while getting inked ???? An all around Fantastic experience! ????

I’ve had a few tattoos done elsewhere before was please but when I went to INKcetera felt like family, welcomed, service very friendly, clean , great studio. I’m a permanent customer now with them. They can customize an idea you might have or on and existing art work. Black and white or colour doesn’t matter it will always be TOP. Love them. You will not regret going here at all.

I was in search of a tattoo parlor that I could trust and Inkcetera was recommended to me. I was put in touch with Denis who immediately replied and made me feel very confident that Inkcetera Studios could complete my crazy tattoo ideas. Being that I live 2 hours away this parlor needed to be amazing I have not been disappointed. Crystal is an amazing artist and such a beautiful person inside and out. I sent her my ideas (in bullet form) and she created an amazing piece of work. I am not an artistic person so it is reassuring to have someone who is. I heard that they were getting an amazing piercer in and I couldn't wait to see what she could do. I got my first piercing from Becca and have now had many more. She has made me feel so comfortable during all of them. Not only is Inkcetera my go to place for piercings and tattoos, but they are also now amazing friends.

The shop is clean and nicely decorated and there is a parking lot with ample parking available. They have a debit/credit machine which is amazing cause a lot of shops only take cash. Getting a tattoo with Crystal at INKcetera is just a wonderful experience all the way around, she is very caring and cares deeply about her work.
