i bought jewelry here before and i loved it so i’m sad leaving this review, but i received terrible service yesterday an hour before the mall closed. i was standing at the booth looking for what i wanted (i had to help myself so thank goodness i knew what i was looking for because the lady working would not get up to help anyways) once i knew what i wanted from the display case i stood right beside the chair the worker was sitting in and waited for her to acknowledge me.. it must have been almost 5 minutes of me standing beside her staring at her and she didn’t even look at me once or say ‘i’ll be with you in just one minute.’ i was so dumbfounded how she could not acknowledge me, i was beside her, there’s NO excuse. I walked away and gave Spencer’s my place of business. I would really like to support small businesses and kiosks but you make that very difficult to do when your staff doesn’t even acknowledge your customers and act like they’re invisible.

The staff working there are very nice ! so there is no problem with that but the product quality v.s price is really bad my first time i paid over 4o dollars for silicone tunnels which is already realllyyy over priced but i wasn't as upset because the quality was good (still overpriced) my second time was 10 times worst again i paid almost 50 dollars !! for white silicone tunnels which were by far the worst quality thing i have ever seen they literally could not be used , they where floppy and where as good as garbage could not stay in ear and i don't mean they where slipping out i mean they were literal trash materials that were to floppy to even take on the shape of a circle lmao this place needs to seriously up there quality or lower there prices but even if done they need to still get rid of some of the useless garbage they sell i would stick to small cheap piercing supplies if going here and inspect everything first

I guess the jewlery is decent quality but I only bought from here because I desperately needed septum jewlery because I couldn't wait for mine to come in the mail. They should Preble start employing people who actually know stuff about body jewlery so that they won't be giving people wrong advice. Also they should really be able to identify the right body jewlery by their proper name ugh

Never thought I'd give a review to anywhere besides a restaurant - but this one needs it. The lady working there this past Saturday went above and beyond. She was super friendly and helpful. Had a couple questions I figured were kind of silly - but she was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to ask. Went there for a nose ring and ended up with a couple more things. 10/10 would recommend!!

I heard a lot of good things about new steel so I decided to try it out, but a week after i put in my new nose ring it begun to loose its colour & became dark grey/black. I went back to get it exchanged hoping for better results but the same thing happened with the next one. Though they would've had reliable jewelry.

Excellent selection, sizes. Body jewelry for any whole! Girls working there are super knowledgeable, they just take one look at your piercing and can show you what's available in that gage. I redid my nose with two new bigger studs, two hoops for my tragus,and a new chin stud.She suggested going with a colour scheme and helped me pick the right style and colour that worked best on me and she nailed it!
