This lady accused my friend of steal, I was at the front desk and as she asked my friend to leave I was next in line and when I asked her if she had a certain type of product she said no, and I was even finished talking. I started to ask about something else and she said no again. This happened almost a year ago but I will never go back there. (And my friend didn’t try to steal anything, she is the last person who would do something like that, she also had started Crying on her way out)

I took my 3 yr old daughter for her piercing. Her ear was already pierced before, but due to an infection had to take out the stud from one ear and eventually the piercing got closed. So we needed to redo that one ear. We explained them the situation and they confirmed they do have same matching studs for single ear and they would do it. After spending quite some time in finding the matching single stud(her initial piercing was done there, so chances were they should have it), they got the stud and pierced her ear. First of all the young lady doing it was not experienced enough and was not able to take out the gun and made it painful for my girl and then they realized they got the wrong stud in. And the redid the whole process with my daughter scared and crying in pain. Husband and I brought up the matter to the store manager and she reacted as if it's okay and no big deal. Although they offered us the piercing for free eventually, but such carelessness with small children is not acceptable. If you are not responsible, experienced and stuffed to handle little kids, stop doing piercing on them. I am not going back there ever. I am okay to pay a bigger price for a better experience atleast for my children.

I recently had my ears pierced for the first time here. I followed the instructions they gave me. I cleaned them 3 times a day and completely saturated them. They weren’t painful, but felt soar but I didn’t know any different having a piercing so I thought it was normal. Last night my piercings rejected and I kept cleaning them. The customer service was great believe me, but the piercing got stuck in my ear and the pain is over whelming. I do not recommend getting a piercing here at all. I’ll be contacting them about it tomorrow when they’re open. Disappointed for 80$.

They don't sell phone cases for blackberries. Nobody even has blackberry except for me and one other person I know so I can't really hate on them. That's basically my only complaint, the staff was fantastic and I found a bunch of cute stuff. A little overpriced but that's not based on location.

Got my third holes done here, after arguing that they couldn't be done because they were too close to the cartilage (but they had been done before so there was no reason to argue.) The manager pierced my ears, and she was very clean and hygenic. She argued with me about getting the stainless steel earrings I wanted, until I gave in and bought the much more expensive white gold version. Unfortunately on my right ear, she pierced it wrong and had to take out the piercing and re-pierce it. Not only was this extremely painful, but it is still causing me a lot of pain 2 days later (a lot of swelling and redness that the two piercings on my left do not have). She also would not stop insulting the second lobe piercing I got in my left ear. She essentially bullied me into letting her repierce it (for an extra $50), because she said it would make her third lobe piercing in that same ear look bad. Now I have four holes in my left ear and it looks wrong. It wasn't the worst service ever, but I definitely would not go here.

I had a bit of a bad experience with their customer service here. They did a good job with piercings that were inexpensive and not at all painful, but if things aren't specifically as prescribed or something gets a little complicated, they are not very equipped to handle it. They sorted it out for me in the end but it took a lot of conversations with a lot of people to get there. It honestly should not have been that hard.

The young workers were great! She did a great job and was very kind. However the manager messed up my ear piercing. She was also very unfriendly and not approachable . I would go to an actual piercing shop it's close to the same price and way better. I would not get them done here.

I feel they don't monitor how many people are in their store. It's a bit pricy. Otherwise, it has a cute selection that I can't normally find anywhere else.

Amazing!! The lady Jess pierced my 5 year old's ears and she did an excellent job. I have had worse piercing experiences elsewhere, but I really liked it here. Professional and very clean as they sterilized everything. Earrings were a bit pricey but good quality. I definitely will come back again for another piercing. Thanks Jess for making it a great experience for my 5 year old!!! (Also note, I put Elma cream (you can buy behind the counter at shoppers) on my daughters ears for an hour, just before her piercing. Elma cream helps to numb the ear, incase your lil one cries. My lil one did not cry at all because of the cream, works great!????)

We had such an amazing experience today with Michaela! I went in to get my 2 year old daughter's ears pierced and she made us feel comfortable the second we walked in. She was so professional and sweet, my daughter loved her and let her pierce her ears no problems. I am so happy we decided to go to here for this special occasion. We had so much fun, thank you Michaela!!!

They accommodated us by agreeing to pierce my daughters ears, although the store was closing in less than half an hour. The store is cramped but thankfully they offer ear piercing. Could do with out the up sell for the "rapid system"? Or something like that. One of the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The other was rude and unwelcoming. Overall the store offered the service we needed, price was average, staff so -so but mission accomplished and no issues with the piercings.

Great selection! Lots of options and the merchandise is consistently fresh and well merchandised. I find the staff friendly and the manager is a great salesperson. I have had some great help with events I was planning and finding all the items needed. The selection is fantastic and I like the themed event products. Lots of choice for every occasion!

I took my daughter of just 6 years old here for her first ear piercing. The two women were fantastic!!! We were from out of town and I enjoyed the experience. The manager and young girl were wonderful. Lisa-jade has had a pain free ear piercing. No problems with aftercare and the lobes did not even turn red!!! Great job ladies. Tha k you.

Amazing!!! I got my second lobes done here and they healed so fast and well that I came back for my third lobes 3 weeks later. Great staff who let me re do the marking many times. Healed so fast and perfectly. Recommend for ear piercing!!

It is a hit or miss with this store. You can find some amazing sales at the place or very overpriced junk. I got clutches here for $1 before and a neck lace for $35. The quality is pretty low and I do not recommend their bridal section. It all looks great but you'll be lucky to make it down the isle without your jewelry falling apart. I would never pay full price for anything here; it isn't worth it. They always have a buy 3 get 3 free sale going on.

Got my 2nd ear lobe piercing here and it was amazing! The girl who did them, Shelby was very informative and nice, she was very patient and allowed me to adjust the marking before the piercing was done. Super understanding of the fact that it will be there forever! Thank you!
