The rep I talked to Evie was extremely polite and very helpful, I explained I was currently suffering from depression and she expressed that they do not specialize in mental health however she went on to find me strains and oils that could help my mental pain. So I've never been in a dispensary that was so disappointing. Went in for my first time and was hoping to see what they offered, they dont label things in a way where its easy to identify what they have or how much things are. Immediately the cashier was fast talking and pushed a more expensive and less potent bud on me. He left no room for a conversation and I felt forced into buying it without given any options. Honestly upon discussing this with others who visit this location as well it came down to the same story. I feel although customer service is the one thing differentiating these kinds of businesses from purchasing online for better descriptions and prices and unfortunately this location just failed all the way around. The location itself is very small and makes it hard to social distance. I absolutely recommend going else where. Happy dayz, if you end up reading this, I hope there is an effort made to connect with all your customers better instead of brushing people off and talking down to them. I really wasn't impressed with your weed or the attitude from your cashier.

The store and staff are always great! Great people and they know their products. However when doing the delivery option if you have no other way to pick it up or weather, dont do it unless your willing to wait hours for it to come. If it says rapid delivery than it should be rapid. Not hours later. Its now been almost 3 hours since putting in my order and still has not arrived or "been shipped." I never want to leave a bad review but should update your delivery info and say it takes most of the day. Also i wont change stores because of this because happy dayz is the one i trust the most!

My new cannabis store as I have moved to Orillia. Very friendly staff and a wide selection of great products to choose from. The Happy Dayz brand has been around for years now and it certainly shows. Wonderfully knowledgeable staff help the process to be quick and informative. I continue to go there as more and more places in this industry open - I suggest you do too! You can also get accessories and Happy Dayz merch as well. Great job by all - love the fact the Orillia location is also raising money for a new skatepark in the community. Talk about giving back. ????????

This place...oh man I cannot say enough good things. I just placed an order for delivery at 5:59pm and BAM! 6:39 and I’m gettin a messaging saying they’re a couple mins away. Best service hands down and the staff I saw when I went in to grab...oh boy, they know their stuff and never try and upsell you stuff you won’t like. When I walked up to this dispensary, I was greeted by the friendliest and most well -informed staff I have ever encountered. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. When I went inside, I was surprised by the coziness of the place. The prices were comparable to street prices and the staff made me feel like family. Best dispensary ever. P.S. Great shop, I was greeted with a friendly smile ( I think, on account of the mask). At first it was order online then pick up in store, then things have opened up a bit & I was allowed inside. Wonderful atmosphere, quaint shop with nice product displays. Now, the meat & potatoes of my review, the cannabis. 2 strains I have found at this location that I could not find at other shops for this price. Great price, unbeatable & the cannabis really helped with the pain in my hands. It was not dried out, old stale weed like I have found at other places. Best prices I have found in Orillia & I will continue to shop here as it is very close to home. I can not say enough great things about the staff at this store, Friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable, a pure pleasure to shop there. I was here tonight while my buddy was at dialysis. I purchased 8ball Kush and Ice Cream Cake. I just got home not long ago and trying the 8ball Kush and so far its got great smell, nice taste and I like the buzz so far. Great staff. Amazing staff actually. Plus Star Trek stuff around the store made my day as I am a huge trekkie! I felt at home in the store! I am from Collingwood and you guys make our Sessions cannabis store look like a joke. The staff I've interacted with have been upbeat and have a general knowledge of the inventory. Covid safety procedures are well observed which can mean a little bit of a line, but it's usually fast moving; it also gives you a chance to check the catalogue and have your order fairly prepared. All an all I think they'll do well in this city.

So they have online orders to place and you can add any promo code if you have one they said on their website and I placed a order for pick up and my buddy picked it up and he had used his code so they canceled the code and you have to show id so I placed his name as I am disabled can’t walk so he gets it for me. The cashier charged him the normal money without considering my online order for pickup next time I would not likely order its good to order at other locations!!!

I have been doing business at Happy Dayz since they started selling weed etc.. Staff have always been friendly and have never experience any thing negative at this location. Their prices are reasonable no difference in the price here as the other shops I have compared prices. This is a great place love it here and if you feel you need to make complaints about the shop it s staff and product than you are just miserable and I suggest you smoke some buds and be Happy. Everytime I buy pre-rolls from here they are abundant with stems. I would say maybe I just got a bad pack or two but every type of joint I get from here is loaded with stems. Friendly staff though so I didn't have the heart to say it to their face.

I they honestly have not a clue about their products other than the strain names been there many times now have been disappointed every time everything is very overpriced also. Their is ALOT of incorrect labelling of strain information on their website like CBD content(for example headband, Rotterdam og and Kollab pre rolls Haralson to have CBD but none of the packages at CBD none of them all 0% in my opinion lack of knowledge prominent and far overpriced in my opinion compared to the OCS better off ordering it or getting it somewhere else Ontario cannabis store online it's a lot more competent in my opinion

Heavily over priced, even for an OCS dispensary. The staff refuse to make recommendations based on quality of experience (which IS a bad recommendation by the way Happy Dayz). I just tried to use their website to order (which is now the only way you're allowed to) and it showed they had no dried flower, half the pages were 404 Not Found, it won't let me update my profile info so that it actually matches my ID so I can't even order. One time I was there they didn't even have (Zigzags or Raws which, come on really?) The ONLY reason to ever go here is because it's close by. I'd litterally rather drive to Barrie and go to One Plant than shop here 9 times out of 10.
