I popped in today and Maddy helped me change some jewellery in my ears that had been a problem for me. She also did a piercing for me and the placement is perfect! The new jewellery looks so much better and is way more comfortable for my ear to heal properly. Maddy was very thorough with showing me that everything was sterilized and dated. She was very friendly and professional and I will definitely be going back for jewellery changes and more piercings! HIGHLY recommend going for piercings here!

Just had my nose pierced by Maddy a couple of days ago and had an amazing experience! The shop was very clean and the decor looked very nice! Maddy took the time to make sure that the placement was perfect, and went to great lengths to make sure that I knew exactly how to take care of my piercing while it heals. Highly Recommended!

Came in a few months back to get my tragus pierced with a friend who never had a piercing or tattoo before. Can't remember the piercer's name but she was a younger girl. Friend went first and got his cartilage and lobe done in the same sitting with no issues. I was asked if I wanted a bar or a ring for my tragus, replied with ring and was ready to be pierced. I have 12 other piercings and several tattoos so I'm always very relaxed getting anything done. While being pierced the piercer made a joke that she would pierce her friends at parties and "make it hurt them" if she didn't like the person. Hearing that made me nervous. The piercer had no issue putting the needle through my tragus but could not get the ring through. I sat there for almost 10 minutes bleeding out of my ear while the piercer struggled to shove the ring in. She didn't stop until I asked her to change the jewellery. At this point, I was bleeding quite a bit and the piercer was obviously anxious and asked my friend who knows nothing about piercings or had any sterile equipment or gloves on to pass her a bar to replace the ring half way through my ear. Very unprofessional and unhygienic. It's been several months and my tragus is still not healed despite me cleaning it as I would my other 12 piercings. I have a blood blister which will not go away right beside it. I've never had this issue with any other piercing before. I have my tragus pierced on my other ear so I know how this piercing should have healed. I will never come back to your establishment, nor would I recommend it to any of my friends.

I had my first tattoo done without Phil today and it was an awesome experience. Both my husband and I got matching tattoos and he was awesome and did everything we wanted! He was kind and sympathetic to my first time experience. The atmosphere is comforting and very clean. Thinking of my next one already and definitely want Phil to turn my vision into art that will stay with me forever

Piercing is off, one ear had to be done twice, now looking at it a month later, one piercing is pointed out ward while the second one is perpendicular to the ear, so the earings don't even face the same direction.

I got my tragus and helix pierced. The women was very friendly and I felt comfortable with her piercing me. They did get a bit infected but I’m pretty sure that is because I forgot to clean it for like a week lol. I would definitely go back again to get another piercing!

The piercer is super kind and respectful. She’s always making sure to have her tools clean and disinfected and her workspace organized. I have had more than a couple friends get work done here and no complaints what so ever. Phil and Adam are great too. A perfect balance of a friendly environment to calm the nerves and that sense of professionalism that you’d want from anyone in this line of work :) The shop smells nice too ;)

Came in last minute for a walk in tattoo. Phil & Maddy stayed past closing to cater to my friend and I. Both were amazing people, very genuine, great sense of humour and didn’t rush anything. You can tell they both love what they do. Would definitely come again :-)

I came in to ask them to simply put a ball on the post of my conch since it had fallen out. The girl was very sarcastic, she also didn't give me the rest of the earring that she had used. I was charged for the whole earring but only was given the ball.

I recently visited this tattoo shop back in May. My friend and I both got tattoos done. We listened to all the after care info provided and followed it to a T. Not only did my tattoo get infected, but when I called the artist/shop they said oh don't worry we see that all the time your fine. I was left with a horrible scare and horrible lines/shading. My tattoo looked about 12 years old. My friend got an anchor done. There is not 1 straight line to her anchor. The shading/coloring is horrible. I finally couldn't take it no more and didn't want to go back to this place so I visited Warren at Rock star in Hamilton. He could not believe the work that was done buy they so called artists. It took us an hour to figure out how to fix what they did. I now have a tattoo I am proud of to show off. No thanks to Paris Ink. I would never recommend this shop. If I could post a before and after I think that is all that is needed to showcase the poor work that was done by Paris Ink.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Went for my first tattoo. The staff were so friendly, kind, and willing to answer any questions I had about the process. None of that we're too cool kind of attitude found at other tattoo parlors in the area! The decor and facilities were extremely clean and felt very "cool and authentic". The brand new disposable tools used and the friendly demeanor of the staff left me confident in my decision and ecstatic with the result. I will be recommending everyone I know to this place and will be coming back for my next one down the road. That's saying a lot because I'm actually moving hours away and still want to come back to this place next time! Highly highly recommend the place and the artist I worked with, Phil!!

Sorry to write this but I just had to get my ear re pierced …. Lady with the horns pierced me 3x for 2 basic ear piercings - would have been 4 if she didn’t convince me that it was fine… super uncoordinated pierced my ear straight down .. super inconvenient .. never again

The place is also very clean and Maddy took many precautions to ensure that everything was sanitized. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and I haven’t had any pain and no infection/bleeding. My sister also had her cartilage pierced by Maddy and had nothing but good things to say about her and the store in general. Would 100% recommend this place and Maddy if you’re looking to get a piercing!
