Don't let the fact that they are female fool you. They are terrible quality, and if you try arguing with them, they will play victim. I shall recommend going here if you do not care about the work done to your car. Like maybe you drive a 10 year old car and got into a fender bender. This shop will at least put makeup on the scratches / dents. So it's better than nothing

Amazing quality work and excellent customer service. I went to Hilary with a small bumper repair job and was so happy with the service and quality of work that I came back with a larger project. Hilary and her team put in a tremendous amount of work on my metal widebody project which included metal fabrication, fiberglass work, body work, molded/seamless panels, full colour change with custom paint and much more. The attention to detail is unparalleled. I couldn’t be happier with the final product, the out come was better than I envisioned. The ink and iron team went over and above for me countless times during my project. I was able to visit any time I wanted (by appointment) and they always took time to accommodate my visit and go over the progress they have made. The team kept up constant communication with me so there would be no misunderstandings or surprises. Can’t wait to bring them another project!

I was taken by Hilary's fund me campaign so, I took it upon myself to get in touch with her to get my 1993 Nissan Skyline GT-R refreshed. Took the car to have it visually evaluate and, had the process explained me to me. We drafted up a contract outlining the work that was going to be preformed. She was very transparent with the process from beginning to end and, kept me in the loop with anything that popped up. A month later just before winter the car was ready. I had new metal patched up where under surface rust was forming. A couple more spots were treated for surface rust that was visually hidden. Car was fully taken apart aside for the motor. Everything was sand, prep and painted. Everything was reassembled as best as possible. I understand that clips will break but, that's the nature of the process. I already planning another visit to have a lip installed and, have broken clips replaced by the ones I will be supplying. Some people think body work and, paint is a simple process but it's not. I have had my cars taken to body shop under insurance repairs and are given high regards to there quality of work. I always seem disappointed by the other guys. I have continued to use her for my body work and, it's simply because I can trust her to get it done.

They did amazing job on my front lip, skirts, and spoiler June 2017. The color matches so nice. My car is a 2006 Acura RSX too. I have my car back at the paint shop right now, because someone keyed my driver's door. (June 16 2018) So I am having the shop paint my whole driver's door.

I was initially excited for this new all-female body shop as it sounded promising and I read up a bit on the owner and her background. I had my front lip poorly painted by a different shop and brought it here to fix it up for good. Had it colour matched to my bumper with paint swatches and it was done fairly quickly. The colour turned out very grey (see 2nd pic, or the one taken slightly further away). I was under the impression not enough paint was used and the primer was showing through, or the paint was no good. I was also getting rock chips from the first few days of driving, telling me the paint was very thin. I complained about the grey shade and was told that they could blend the colour into my bumper for $150. I was a little offended that I was being told, basically, that this colour was acceptable. But my issue wasn't that the white didn't match, of course you are not going to get a 100% match, it was that the colour turned out super grey. So I negotiated and we were able to get them to repaint the lip on the condition I bought and brought the paint. I brought the correct colour paint, and the lip turned out grey again. Not as bad this time but you can still see the colour difference (see 1st and 3rd photos). And this time, the part of the lip that bolts to the bumper has a few fingerprints and dirty marks (which isn't a big deal, but the lip itself was still grey again). The match was a lot better this time but still disappointing. Overall I was just not happy that the owner was not happy to correct her mistake and made me feel like I was a burden because the colour was not painted properly. I believe they didn't want to put enough layers of paint and that's why it turned out so grey (because of the primer underneath). You can also see that lip is more grey in the middle vs. the sides. I have a few rock chips over the winter and you can see the uneven colour over the primer. Oh well, it wasn't a huge loss but I have heard quite a few other complaints since which made me want to share my story as well. It was nice of the owner to repaint it for me free of charge (even though I had to buy/bring the paint), but the colour should not have turned out so grey in the first place! I could understand a different shade of white but not a grey due to lack of paint.

2 yrs no results. Do not use this shop, if you care about your vehicle, look elsewhere, false promises, broken timelines, lost/stole/sold my parts, wont respond to messages. New address wont change the lack of professionalism and integrity this shop has. Had to pick car up in pieces and brought to a real body/restoration shop. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! There is a reason why they dont allow Facebook reviews of their business!!!! And half their reviews are 1 star, I wouldn't be surprised if % of their positive reviews were friends/family.

We've been here twice for 2 different tasks! The first time we came here on recommendation from an coworker to fix an deep key scratch going right across my fiance's hood. The work Hillary and her team did for us was INCREDIBLE! And price point was fantastic too! We came back again for a little upgrade! We had her team tiny the back tail lights of our car and again the work was beyond what we expected! Quick and affordable service and response time is always super fast! We will always come here!!

I just got my car painted and was looking for some cut n polish to bring out the pearl in my pxr paint... was considering this place but I have seen a a guys Infiniti buffed like a noob with plenty of swirls marks like it was 10 year old paint running through harahest winter n touch car wash. The cars not even 5 years old, and they don't even act to want to fix the issue or anything. Made it easy to cross off my list.

I am absolutely amazed by the level of skill and professionalism I experienced at this shop. Hilary and her team treated me with the utmost respect. They were warm, friendly and excellent in all of their communications with me. I was given an estimate up front and received regular updates on my vehicle’s progress, including a drop box with photos of the work being done. Hilary established a clear timeline and actually finished the car before our deadline, which allowed me more valuable preparation time before debuting the car at Toronto’s Motorama. As I was asking for a full restoration and show quality paint job, I had very high standards for this job. Hilary and her team not only met my standards but exceeded them by far, creating a car that will be competitive for years to come. All communication and billing was handled in a professional manner. I was also welcomed to inspect the car and bring it back for any touch ups that I felt necessary, which was very comforting! Aside from a nick in the door that I myself created in loading the car onto a trailer, it was flawless though. For anyone in search of high quality show level work or just a project refresh, Hilary has my highest recommendations. I could not be more impressed with the work performed on my show car and welcome anyone to inspect it for themselves! This team will be receiving my Volkswagen bus next and I cannot wait to see the outcome. Thank you, Hilary and team once again for restoring my baby. I could not be more grateful!
