If you want to go for your baby’s ear piercing, look no further! This is the place to do it. Tracy is a gem of a professional and a very warm and caring person I have come across. From the time of booking the appointment till post piercing follow up, she is absolutely wonderful. She very well understands the religious centiments of Hindu baby boys getting ear pierced and is knowledgeable about the same. Overall it’s a 5 star experience. My boy is perfectly fine post piercing and Tracy made sure she explained us everything in order to take care and nurse the piercing. I would 100% recommend her! Thanks Tracy.

It was a relief to find an ear piercing service that wasn't the usual jewelry store or tattoo & piercing shop. We were happy to have the option to use earrings made from medical grade metal/plastic for our 5 month old daughter - minimizing the potential for an allergic reaction. She's a perfectionist who will spend time on your little one making sure the piercings are even and everything goes perfect. She goes through the details of the procedure and after care. My little girl cried for less than a minute since her earlobes were numb and what startled her was the noise of the gun near her ear instead of any physical pain. This was an exceptional experience.... the entire process from email correspondence to the actual piercing session itself was absolutely amazing... and exactly like what we had hoped it would be. My husband and I wanted to get our first baby daughter's ears pierced and weren't sure how to go about it. Getting one's ears pierced in Toronto is a service that was more geared towards the tween and teen market, but not many specifically focused towards babies. We weren't comfortable with getting our baby's ears pierced at the malls, so we were really delighted when we came across Tracy's website. Tracy was amazing through the entire process, patient, friendly, had great energy and created a warm and welcoming space. She explained the entire process over email and then again in person when we got to the session. She spent an hour with us letting us know everything we needed to know from how to hold our baby during the piercing, to the benefits / impacts of different types of earrings (i.e. medical plastic or titanium), to how to care for our baby's ears in the weeks & months following the appointment. She also gave us a written hand out and followed up again with an email after the session inquiring into the well being of our baby. We are happy to say that it was a beautiful experience from start to finish; our baby (4 months at the time) was smiling and playing moments after the piercing was completed and had absolutely no issues at all following the appointment. We are soooooo happy and relieved that we found Bump to Bundle for our baby's piercing needs and someone like Tracy who was so amazing with our daughter. A special experience for sure!

I visited Tracy for two baby ear piercings in March 2020. I drove out to Oakville (from midtown Toronto) after recommendations from quite a few moms who had worked with her in the past. At the time of booking my appointment, Tracy provided a great deal of information including tips, suggestions on how to prepare for the piercings, and photos of available earrings, which I found extremely helpful. When we arrived, we found Bump to Bundle easily despite construction around the office. Tracy's office is clean and modern, and very inviting. We had a spot to feed the babies before their piercings, and there was a changing table setup, as well, which was quite helpful. Tracy took us on time which we appreciated with two small babies. She went over the process in detail, got to know the babies a bit, and answered all of our questions. We opted for numbing cream which she applied before she went through all the details - so it would kick in before the piercings. She also walked us through our earring options and full pricing, as well as the after-care process. It was such a casual yet informative environment and we were totally confident by the time she got started with the piercings. Tracy took the time to mark out where the piercings would go - which I appreciated since I'm very picky. She was gentle, calm and didn't bat an eye when the girls fussed a bit. The piercing process was very accommodating - she instructed us the best way to distract the babies and let us play music and videos as a distraction. In the end, the piercings look great. We are thrilled with the experience and would highly recommend Tracy!

We took our 6 month old to get her ears pierced with Tracy at Bump to Bundle and it was great!! I was so nervous beforehand, worried about my baby's pain and what to expect. She was so calm and confident that I trusted her right away and she was so patient with our little girl. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean, private place to pierce your little ones ears. Being a first time mom, I wanted to make sure we found a place that would be safe and offered privacy; and this place was it. Tracy was welcoming, kind and informative. I loved that we could purchase the cleaning solution right at her office and that she followed up with us afterwards. My daughter experienced no irritation and dispalyed no signs of discomfort or pain. After one month she is healing just fine ????.

I had very high expectations about this place as I saw everyone giving a rating of 5. I decided to visit bump to bundle for ear piercing for my baby based on the reviews. I could have gotten it done in Claire’s as few of my friends did the ear piercing there and gave me good feedback. I was afraid to try because of hygiene issues and wanted a professional. Bump to bundle mentioned pediatrician nurse will do it, so i decided to try here. It is a spa location and piercing is done only on Mondays and Sundays. I was looking for more of a clinical environment, so I was kind of surprised but I was ok as it looked clean. Tracy greeted us and took us inside a room. Explained a process, asked us to pick earrings that we liked. My baby has stranger anxiety so she started crying when Tracy started touching her. I was expecting Tracy to be kid friendly as she is a pediatrician nurse per the title, but she didn’t even try to console the baby. She didn’t try to make friends with her. She wanted to finish the job quickly but she stayed patient for few mins. Later she asked if we want to do another day as the baby was crying, but I told her I wanted to be done with it. I was expecting her to atleast try to calm the baby or entertain the baby which she didn’t do. We went for numbing cream, she put the cream and put a band aid around the ears which obviously stuck to baby’s hair. I felt band aid around the ear was a horrible idea because hair will come out no matter how carefully you try to remove it. My baby has a lot of hair, she did go ballistic when I removed the band aid and lots of hair came with it. We finally finished the piercing in 30 mins and paid $170, came out. My baby had an infection and she had fever for 4 days. Tracy followed up once, I replied saying my baby has little blood coming out. She asked to send pictures and I got busy with my baby sickness, could not respond but she never followed up again. Based on my experience, I would rate neutral just because I didn’t feel anything exceptional at all. I am not saying she was bad, but just not exceptional as the reviews say. I guess pediatric nurse is where I was impressed first, then with the reviews prior to the visit but impression didn’t last after the visit.

Tracy did a wonderful job piercing my 8-mth old daughter's ears. She explained the process thoroughly which gave us confidence. Tracy made our daughter feel at ease during the piercing and I was surprised our baby didn't end up crying! I also liked how the earrings placed on baby's ears are packaged completely sterile and doesn't get touched by hands - it goes from sterile piercing gun to ear directly. It's been 5 days since the appointment and our baby's ears are healing perfectly - no redness or irritation. Upon researching, I trusted Tracy because of her years of experience piercing ears, as well as her Nurse Practitioner (Paeds) credentials. After dealing with her in person, I am impressed with her professionalism, patience and medical approach. Her clinic is extremely sanitary and well maintained. Although other places may be "cheaper" and "still gets the job done" (comments I've heard from others), I stand by our decision as I felt peace of mind and relaxed the entire time, which is worth the value to me, especially when it has to do with health & safety.

The environment was very clean and sterile. My daughter was moving around a lot but Tracy stayed calm and took her time. The piercings look great and are even. My daughter did end up getting both piercings infected and I was really worried that I may need to take the earrings out. I wanted to gift my daughter with a special surprise of piercing her ears for her 8th birthday, but was fearful that I wouldn't be able to do so since all businesses have been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Absolutely in love! My 5 months got her ears pierced and it was the smoother process ever. She didn't even cry ❤️ Going with Tracy was the best decision. The place is super clean and calm, she explains everything so patiently. Her attention to detail is awesome. 200% recommended.

Tracy was very friendly and my daughter took well to her. Her ears look beautiful. I would 100% recommend... with that being said, the assistant that uses her email to respond is off her game. My appointment had to be booked twice (my fault as I forgot needle record) the first attapemt to make an appointment took close to 5 days (not 36 hours) and Tracy had actually called me to tell me her assistant was going through some personal issues. She kept trying to book me for days I had already declined and she is terrible for actually responding to questions via email. When attampting to book the second appointment i was told to expect confirmation email 2 weeks prior. I had to request my email 5 days before the appointment, at that time she accused me of sending her emails to spam which I didnt. Maybe hire a new assistant as she/he is the reason for 4/5 star review. If it wasnt for the assistant I would have given a full 5 stars.

We got our 1 1/2 year old daughter ears pierced by Tracy at her Cambridge office. Tracy goes above and beyond to make your little one feel safe and special. She truly cares about not only the placement of your daughters earrings, which were perfect, but cares that your daughter is comfortable and happy while she is doing it. I am also a health professional and I would only have my daughters ears pierced as professionally and sterile as Tracy does. My sister took her 2 1/2 year old daughter to see Tracy and my cousin and best friend will be bringing their girls in soon too! I cannot stress how professional and caring Tracy is!
