I have looked at getting a hair tatto for awhile did some research before I decided upon going to Sxcess.What I found was many of the artists I checked had very little or next to no experience doing the hair Tattooing . I checked Sxcess out and had it done. The results have far surpassed my expectations BIG TIME. For anyone out there questioning whether this can give you the results you were looking for . Dont hesitate. I highly recommend the owner Sybil.
