I recently had 3 scalp micropigmentation sessions done by Rose at Scalp Solutions and I could not be happier with the results. If you are looking for a professional environment, natural results, and attention to detail by an expert at her craft this is the place to go for this treatment. At first I was skeptical of SMP after seeing countless unnatural, overdone procedures online. But after a consultation with Rose discussing realistic outcomes and the thoughtful approach she takes to the procedure I was re-assured that this was the right choice for me! She blends areas so effortlessly and uses just the right amount of pigment to create a very natural appearance. Also, you are provided with an aftercare kit following every session and she walks you through all the steps carefully. If you are balding and want to fill in your hairline and crown areas, I would highly recommend visiting Rose at Scalp Solutions!

My experience with Rose has been great. I was nervous about shaving my head and going through with MSP(scalp tattoo) as I work in retail and didn’t want to shave my thinning hair and come back to work with a completely unnatural tattooed scalp, having co-workers ask what is wrong with my head. I used to use toppik and to spend way too much time making my hair look presentable everyday, while being anxious of sweating, rain, wind etc... so I shaved my head, but would obsess over how my somewhat balding head looked. Ultimately I wanted a shaved head for ease and speed, but not a balding head/receding hairline. Now after having a few treatments, not only can I shave my head and feel comfortable looking in the mirror but I can actually grow my hair out a bit as it looks dense now. I really felt confident with Rose from day one. Never rushed, very collaborative and patient. She listened to all my concerns from coming up with a hairline that looks natural, talking about density, how many treatments I would need and how we could modify as the treatments progressed. I went back to work a only few days after my second treatment(beginning of my holidays was my first treatment and 4 days later I had my second, leaving 3 days to heal before I had to work) and not one person looked at me differently or made any comments other then wow you shaved your head, which was out of character for me. Now I’ve had a 3rd treatment and my hair looks even thicker. I actually can’t believe the technology we have these days. There is always a solution out there. Now I use a #1 or #2 shaver every couple days and I don’t have to fuss. It’s such a relief to know I didn’t make a mistake reaching out to Rose. She made sure this treatment was virtually painless, natural (you can’t tell it’s a tattoo at all) and affordable. She has a lot to give creatively and artistically and has a true passion for having people feel and look their best. I think there are 2 other options for having this treatment done in Victoria and neither of them were as trustworthy in my opinion, just through initial communications. Rose was very positive and professional from the get go. I’m glad I decided to trust Rose as this isn’t a procedure that you can just cover up or fix easily... it’s permanent or semi permanent I guess. Either way, it’s been a truly life changing experience, as those with hair loss can understand.
