Had wonderful finger tattoos done by their apprentice (SunnKissInk). Went because of the great pricing incentive but really enjoyed my experience. She was friendly, welcoming, explained everything well and ensured I loved my tattoos and would be happy with them. She even scaled down a large tattoo example I had provided to fit my finger with some details omitted so that it still resembled the example. 100% recommend, and would go back! The tattoos (3 out of 4 - I was warned they couldn’t guarantee tattoos on the side of the finger) look great 2+ months later.

10/10 recommend this place. Just got my first small tattoo here and I couldn’t have picked a better place. I didn’t feel well towards the end of it and Neil took great care of me and comforted me through it. He wasn’t upset or frustrated that I took a break for 5 mins. I was quite lightheaded (because it was my first time) and he gave me water and some chocolate covered pretzels! Definitely going to come back! If you are looking for a nice place to get a tattoo this is the place!

I tried to explain what I wanted showed a few pics to explain. But she had no idea what I was talking about kept arguing with me saying she can't, she could only copy the one tatt (which I didn't want the same tatt as someone else. She's suppose to be an artist, so why couldn't she take a couple things from a couple different tatts & make it how I wanted it) so I had to settle for something I wasn't happy with. Even tho the tatt was going on my body. Then she put the wrong time down for my son's birthday & I told her it was wrong, but she argued & said that I was wrong. She pointed the hour arrow to the minute & the minute to the hour & also put down a couple wrong Roman numerals & wouldn't change either mistake, so I showed her a bunch of search results, but she still argued I was wrong until I told her never mind I think I'll wait to get my tattoo. She also was drinking & looked like she might've been on something else. (But that's just my opinion. I don't know for sure so, if I'm wrong about that than I apologize) But all in all the main reason I only gave one star was she was very argumentative. Plus if u can't take a couple ideas from a couple different tattoos & put those ideas into making a different tattoo than how can u call urself an artist I apologize for the negative review. I have no issues with ur shop or any one else there. It was just the one artist I had

Had an amazing first expierence with the shop, I booked with Sunn Kiss - one of their 'apprincesses'. The photo speaks for itself ???? Sunn Kiss was very attentive and considerate of my needs. I was able to watch her set up and her work area and space was very clean and sterile. She didn't rush, and generously exceeded her time to ensure the tattoo was how she envisioned it finished. I felt very comfortable getting a tattoo and I felt I was more than just a service as she ensured I was making out okay over the duration of the tattoo. I highly recommend Sunn Kiss, and will be back for more.

Don't judge a book by its cover I was always told. True words that certainly apply here. I have noticed this place driving by but never went inside until one night we wanted a tattoo late at night and everything else was closed so we went in to meet the artist. Unsure at first, we talked to him and we pleasantly surprised. He did great work at a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

We travelled from Ontario to get ink on our vacation, sent pics of what we wanted months ahead and booked a date. Curiously, the day before they started texting us about the art, if we could send the pictures of what we want again, that they were not sure if they could do it, ect ect....finally after multiple text messages we get reassured that we would be fine and to show up for our appointment that was at 3pm. We get there, no one even looks our way, no waiting area, the smell of Pot was permeating, and the place was freezing. Finally after a long wait in the doorway, one artist finally notices us, seems totally confused about who we are and has no information about our appointment, after 10 minutes she assures us she can do one tattoo but not the other, more waiting, then another artist says he can do the other tattoo but to come back in a few hours. We should have left and called it a day. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, in our error. My husband gets his tattoo finally started and it goes fairly well, by this time its getting dark and its absolutely freezing in the shop...no heat...zero, none. We commented a few times and they shrugged it off. Then my artist finally brings me into his area, takes over 30 mins drawing up what I want, not a huge or difficult piece (as we usually keep our art simple when we travel for this reason). He then try's to talk me into resizing it to almost double its original size, which I refused. He then assures me he is a pro at black work and starts. I have loads of tattoos from loads of artists in Canada and the US. Worst Tattoo I have ever had...hands down. I am sure I could have done a better job myself, blindfolded. So if you want to get any ink from here...good luck. Make sure the artist you book with is the one you get and make sure they quote a price upfront, and look at their past work!!!!

Its not a great community. I made this account because some of them are pretty hostile and I'm concerned they would harass me just for being honest. [edit from owner reply. That kinda proved the point, didn't mean offence. nothing was dishonest. ps I work late] My advice is just be super clear when going over size with them. You don't want to end up with ink that is is too big for the placement - check their photos for yourself. If it looks good to you then go for it but I'm not going here for my next one. sure they have good prices. They do buy reviews by spamming contests on social media. There are lots of really talented artists in the city I wouldn't recommend this one.

i had went to get a tattoo on november 11. i didnt end up getting the tattoo because they never answered the door or phone. my sister was with me and left a low rating and review. the owner responded back to me as if i was the one who left the comment. the owner was totally unprofessional in the way she handled it; in my opinion. i had two appointments. i have 2 texts confirming. i had an appointment that day on november 11th. i showed up and no one answered the door. the front door was gross i was worried of the work i would be getting. i called and they did not answer. they said my appointment was moved, but my confirming texts say otherwise. i didnt get the tattoo thank god, im going somewhere else

When inquiring, they got back to me within an hour, got me in touch with the artist and had an appt ready. I had a thigh piece done by one of the apprentices Adrienne. She took my idea and put her own twist on it(with my permission to do so) and its everything I've wanted and more. She took her time, made sure I loved it before even putting on the stencil, provided great support and put up with my not so favourable language at times. I was a first time client and will now be a longtime one. Side note, the whole salon is freaking adorable.
