We went in as a group and met a gentleman named Jason at the counter. Jason is the shops piercer and is very friendly and professional. We had some people who felt dizzy and he offers candy and water to help make the experience more comfortable and relaxed. The place is nice and clean and all the tools are new and Sterile, they open the packs right infront of you and they get you set up. Jason is easy to talk to and a friendly guy. Definitely will be back as I'm interested in trusting these friendly folks to do a tattoo sleeve on my left arm. The price is upper mid range for piercing but the professionalism and cleanliness and high quality jewelry is what you pay for and it's totally worth it!
