Amazing service. Very professional. My experience here was great, and their COVID protocols were impressive. I was the only customer in the studio, everything was very clean and the staff were lovely. My piercing was quick and efficient and is healing well. I highly recommend Jaggers!

Friendly, nice clean shop if a little small, they made my kid feel comfortable for her tongue piercing, gave good instructions and did a great job. Piercing is healing beautifully, also they do business via text message which is super convenient.

This piercer shouldn't be in business. Went to get a nose piercing, and piercer was not knowledgeable about how you should never have a ring for a new nose piercing. 4 months later, and I've been dealing with an irritation bump for 3.5 months that shows no sign of getting better, despite cleaning with neilmed saline wash 3/day, no touching, no spinning, no crushed aspirin, no tea tree oil: just LITA and saline. On top of that, I have no idea WHAT nose ring was placed into my face. There was no information about jewellery type, metal type or how to remove it. Literally worst decision of my life: DON'T GO HERE.

Pricing is good and the staff are friendly... As a piercing noob ...I wish they informed you with some general piercing information before piercing you though. Even just a quick run down of basic things. I had no idea hoops weren’t recommended for new piercings and ended up with healing issues from too much movement..

literally the nicest people, i was scared to get my cartilage done since i only have my lobes and nose done. i felt super comfortable and they were the sweetest, they explained everything they were doing before and during the piercing so i knew what was going on. i will definitely be coming back i love this place!!

i can’t begin to explain how good of an experience i had !! i was running a bit late to my appointment but the staff at jaggers were super understanding and very sweet :”) they did an amazing job walking me through the process, i felt so comfortable. i got my septum pierced and i was so nervous it would turn out too low or something, but they placed it perfectly and even chose a type of piercing that suited my nose. i feel like the piercing couldn’t have hurt any less and overall i’m just so happy with my experience !! 10/10 recommend to everyone <3

Went in to get my septum pierced. I had already had it done before so the piercer suggested stretching it out a bit instead of piercing it again, this would save me money and healing time. I love that they went with an option that was better for me the client than what would make them more money. It was extremely clean, friendly and made me feel more comfortable than I have felt getting a piercing before. I will only go here from now on for any of my piercing needs 11/10

I couldn't get a decent picture of it but my conch has by far, been the best piercing experience I've had. I get super anxious around needles and things and Denika and Sandi were both so supportive. I am in love with the jewelry, the piercing, and the experience. The faculty was easy to find, very clean and comfortable to be in. I was lucky enough to get in before the restrictions tightened up but I seriously do hope to visit again. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

Upon entry you can rest assured that there is a very clean operation taking place as the shop smells like an operating room. We were the last customer of the day. I was having my daughters ears pierced. One of them had already had it done, she was opening up old holes. The other, my 7 year old, it was her first time. She was very nervous and scared away from the piercing chair several times. The piercer calmed my daughter down and got the job done amidst my daughters fear. Very clean, very professional and wonderful with children. I honestly didn't think we would be getting them both done but it happened. Thanks again for all your patience.

The best piercing experience I've had so far. I got an industrial piercing done. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They had answers to all my questions about the piercing and other piercings they offer. The store was super clean. I really appreciated the personal vibe and experience of the place because they had piercing studio rooms which made me feel more comfortable. The pricing was very fair and they had nice jewelry which was also a good price. I will definitely be returning here in the future once I've decided on more piercings!

My daughter got her first piercing here, her nose, while we were visiting from PEI. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The technician was an apprentice, but we'd never have known were we not told, because she was excellent! The shop was spotless and airy and the staff were all so friendly and professional. And the cost was about half of what she'd have paid on PEI! She'd have gladly paid more. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Wow I was so impressed with the two ladies there..I brought my granddaughter here for her first piercing..eyebrow 17 yrs..waited since she was 13 ish and I ,as her grandmother, promised I would take her.. Fast forward to Jaggers... My darling granddaughter saw it up on instagram or one of those lol and said nan I want to go there.. So awesome so clean such qualified help..my darling granddaughter is beyond happy as am I..painful tonight but so in love with it.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. The piercer is super amazing and professional! I am a super big wimp when it comes to piercing (even still after 9 of them) so I was very nervous to get my septum pierced. I pulled away about 3 times and she never got mad or frustrated, she just moved the needle away and let me calm down. She was super calming and personable. The prices are pretty fair compared to most places, the place is super clean and well kept. You know you are in good hands there!

I absolutely made the best choice coming here. My son had once gone to clairs to get both his ears pierced but it hurt him and he cried he only could handle one ear getting done and never did end up keeping the earring in.. a year later I seen several recommendations for Jaggers piercing and the method they use, my son got both his ears pierced today and we didn’t even know she did it that’s how painless and quick it was. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and the owner Sandi was so gentle and patient with my son he has adhd and can be a little fidgety at times but she was so kind with him and I truly will recommend this place oh and the fee to get both his ears done including the cost of the earrings was only $50 another reason why this place should be anybody’s first choice.
