Their jewelry is over priced. There's no reason for them to charge $60-$100+ PER ONE small starter earring, instead of per PAIR. Worst of all I was sent home without any piercing after care. The person who pierced my ears just told me to go to the shoppers drug mart nearby and buy the aftercare. I went there and they didn't even have the product in stock. Even Claire's, which is the cheapest possible place to get your ears pierced, have the decency to provide their customers with after care. Don't even bother coming there.

Not gonna share too much about my experience, but let's just say don't waste your time getting your ears pierced at the mall and come here instead. The pricing isn't that much different, the staff (Demi, in particular) is welcoming and helpful, booking an appointment is supperrr fast and easy, and the store itself just has a very clean, professional feel/look about it. If I do get any piercings in the future, I'll definitely be coming here first ????

I tried booking a septum piercing TWICE and the first time I went all the way there only for them to inform me that they don't have the right piercer and then we rebooked and on the day of ,about an hour before my appointment they called to say that the piercer wasn't going to be in. Me and my wife each had a tattoo done about 3 weeks ago. After they healed, we realized there were a few spots that needed to be touched up. When we booked our touch up appointments and attended I specifically was told that he (the artist) didn’t go deep enough with the needle and it bled out hence that bad fading and broken lines. After he touched it up, he then informed me that it would be 50$ for my touch up as well as an additional 50 for my wife’s! In the waiver you sign prior to getting your ink done it says that touch ups if the customer is negligent in care will be done at your own expense, but if the artist is at fault it should be at the expense of the shop and artist! I’m very disappointed that I had to pay additionally for the touch up and that the tattoo had to be touched up to begin with as it is a small finger tattoo with no detail work to begin with. I will not be going back to this shop ever again.

So have mixed feelings. 1st the staff are amazing. Super friendly, professional and helpful. The bad.. it was $206 to get my daughters ears pierced. The prices are WAY too high for type this service. And after agreeing to the $206 you have a tip option starting at %15 which equals $30. For that price a tip option for this type of service is - can't think of a better word gouging. Again the staff were great but the priceing for this type of service is absurd. I wouldn't go back.

I giving to this place 2 stars only because the girl who do my piercing was really nice. But the lady who works in front was a disaster, no respect for costumers…she was flirting with a guy, talking and smoking outside of the store and inside customers were waiting. We were waiting there for 1 hr and half and We booked our appointments for 6:30… insane and one girl was there for one piercing on her ear and she gave her priority she just arrive, they were talking, she went inside and she left maybe she spend 15 minutes for her piercing…So that for me is unacceptable but They Don’t give the money back so you just have to wait…we wait until 8pm with my sister in law. prices are very high for piercings they charge me for 1 piercing on my ear $105.

I had a wonderful experience at Steel and Ink. I got my philtrum pierced by Rachel. The first time we underestimated the swelling of my lips. However, Rachel and staff were very accommodating when they were sold out on longer bars. I came back to Rachel a month later to re-pierce my philtrum and had a quick and wonderful experience again. My piercing looks beautiful and is healing well. I will be recommending Rachel and steel and ink to others.

Staff was very professional and I got exactly what I came for. Pro tip, Steel n Ink ear jewelery are interchangeable. I lost the backing piece on one of my studs and I was able to get other backings to replace the lost one. For reference, I got my piercings andbesr studs at the sauble location, and the replacements at Don Mills

Jewelry is insanely over priced. I got a tiny pair of earrings and it was $60 for one earring so $120 a pair. They never explained why. I also was not greeted or spoken when I first arrived for 30 minutes. When getting my piercing I had to ask about the aftercare procedure, they didn't tell me what to do. Go somewhere else for piercings.

I have mixed feeling, I have 2 tattoos and 1 piercing. Rachel who did my piercing was amazing absolutely loved her. Then the artist who did my first tat was amazing. However I recently got a fine line tattoo from Amy and I am disappointed, the lines are not clean, differently thicknesses, there are gaps in lines like little pieces of ink is missing. I should say I have been very diligent in taking good care of the tattoo. I will be getting a touch up but not from Amy

This is the best tattoo shop I’ve been to in the city. I have had personal experiences with three tattoo artists: Phil, Tubyx and Becca. The artists at this location are honest and will help you decide on the right piece with the right placement. My mom and I went here to get her nose piercing. We waited outside in the cold for an hour even though we booked an appointment. About a month after getting the piercing, the stud is unscrewing and falling out every other day so she has to tighten it. Called this location and explained what's happening and they just didn't care. Demi tried every option of deflecting the blame - saying it's the qtips she uses for cleaning (my mom doesn't even use qtips) or that my mom doesn't know how to clean it. It's crazy y'all, I paid for my mom's piecing - $80 and I thought this place was high end. I wasn't even asking for much, just change her piercing...

My friends and I got pierced here about 4 weeks ago during their Wednesday special. It’s unbelievable how the piercer did all 7 of us in less than half an hour. We didn’t have appointments but he was able to accomodate us. All of our piercings healed well. We are satisfied with the cleanliness, the service and the professionalism Alexis has provided.
