I’ve been to Grapevine a few times and always had a great experience. The staff there are personable, professional and talented. They take excellent care of their customers and pay attention to detail. I’ve taken my Mother-in-law and my Aunt for different services and both were impressed with the detail of the work and friendliness of the staff! I would highly recommend Grapevine Tattoo!

Wow. I got my tattoo done by ‘iloveLucy’ & I couldn’t be more greatful. Your not just getting a service- but an experience. She was so awesome, understanding, & honestly almost out of her way helpful. Not to mention she designed a killer piece... its so well done it puts my other tattoos to shame????. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I got a sternum piece done by Breann in Janruary. With it being such a tough spot she was so supportive and gentle during the appointment! I was so comfortable in the shop with her. Her design was everything i could have imagined and it healed sooo well! I would tell any one to go to her with her artistic ability and her awesome personality. don't trust the manager at the studio, her name is Nia Border and she will steal from you if she gets the chance. She stole hundreds of dollars from my wallet when I was getting tattoo'd and when I confronted her she kept lying and no one did anything about it. Super unprofessional.

Was lucky enough to get a venom piece done by Michi and I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone was so cool and chill and the environment as a whoke was fantastic. Michi took good care of me and killed it, he was dedicated and made sure I was happy. the piece speaks for itself. I was all smiles by the end. Mendoza is also a great guy to interact with. He was working in the space next to me and although I wasn't his canvas we were all getting along and talking which makes a several hour tattoo go by quicker. Thank you all for the experience i will be back for sure.

This was going to be my first time going to grapevine, i made an appointment with Breann to get one of her flash designs, i went in for my consultation, and she had no idea who I was even though we had been messaging back and forth for a while. Right off the bat i was not impressed. Anyway, we scheduled an appointment for August 24th and she cancelled on me. We re-scheduled for September 22nd and she ended up cancelling on me for the second time, two days before my appointment. I asked her for my deposit back and she told me it is nonrefundable (which she didn't tell me in the first place) I can see it being nonrefundable if i was the one who cancelled or didn't show up, but I didn't. She's taking forever to get back to me about this. All in all, she's very unprofessional, and i have heard bad things about her from other tattoo artist's as well.

When I went in for my appointment I was greeted by a tall Caucasian female with super long dark red hair and she worked at the front desk and was super rude to me and I walked out because of how rude she was. Never go here. Her name was Neeya or something like that

Overall the studio itself and atmosphere is great and I've recommended many artists to lot of my friends who have had successful appointments but was sincerely disappointed with my overall experience with Breann and the outcome of my tattoo. Disappointed enough to decide to not continue on with her for the last 2-3 more visits we had discussed, as it ultimately felt like it was just a money grab. Which leaves my piece 75-80% completed. Will most likely not return in the future.

Mendoza is amazingly talented but the blonde girl, brean or whatever is rude, unprofessional and ruins the atmosphere. Her work is sloppy and she doesn’t deserve to work there.
