Not only was I beyond thrilled with the turnout of all of our hair but Alice’s excitement about our choices, willingness to hang around until I was fully dressed to see the whole picture, and overall amazing good vibes made the experience so so perfect. Everyone here is amazing ❤ They all have huge hearts and amazing creativity! I have been getting my hair done by Alice and Jess for a couple years now and always love my hair afterwards! A few times I just said "do what you want" it always turns out so perfect! The whole crew is very good at making sure that they are giving you the cut you want. I am picky with people, so the atmosphere of calmness and peace makes you really feel at home when you visit this creative bunch ???? 1000% recommend

I was not impressed this time. I've waited nearing a year to have my hair done. A treat for me. So first there were no colour appointments when I called so I just booked a cut. I was running late on the day so I called and was told there was no body booked in for another hour and a half so the 5 minutes was no problem...maybe could have done my colour...I was ready to have my hair washed and get a fresh cut. They refused to wash my hair. I have a big bandage on my thumb which makes it extremely challenging to do anything with water. The excuse was COVID. This is common at this salon if you are not getting colour. Pre COVID) If I'm paying $40 for a haircut, I definitely want my hair washed. It's a part of the service. I left. I will not be going to Rogue again. To bad because I love how Jess cuts my hair but I will not support a business that does not include something that every other like business includes.
