Extremely talented artists here. I got a small low detailed Daisy for my daughter on my leg. The girl didn't say a word to me the whole time I was there. I wasn't thrilled with it. But I know a lot of people have crazy good tattoos from here and I follow them on IG and am constantly amazed by their work.

My mom wanted a small paw print tattoo and I convinced her to come to this shop because of the raving reviews and I thought they would do a great job. Now a year later the tattoo is already faded and needs a touch up. She called the shop and we thought they would let us just stop in and get touched up considering the tattoo is as big as my thumb nail and would literally take 2 minutes to touch up. The artist that did her tattoo no longer works there so the shop refused to do any touch up unless she paid the minimum of $80 which her ACTUAL TATTOO didnt even cost that much. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. She got that tattoo at this shop under their name, it shouldn't matter if that particular artist doesnt work there anymore. I cant believe they wont even touch up work done at their own shop unless you pay the amount of an entirely new tattoo. I would never get a tattoo done here knowing this.

Attempted to help resolve an issue regarding loss of deposit. Young man at counter very un-professional and condescending and a liar. I was not going to argue with with this young adult or create a scene , so I left and called from my car asking to have the owner call me. Was told very aggressively that he’s out of town and it will be weeks until he’s around. I could have been nasty like he was and posted what was requested and what was supplied .I know many people would not disagree with giving the deposit refund. Very unfortunate because I know the owner has a reputation for being a great guy. I will stop recommending this shop due to this event.

Never starts on time. My fiance got her tattoo there, the artist was only nice to her because he didn't know she was engaged. Once he realized, he didn't really care about the next tattoo she wanted. He has great talent. But the worse attitude and only likes single women.

No Alex Woock is very unprofessional. Do NOT go to him if you want your tattoo appointment to start on time or if you you want your tattoo to look halfway descent. I seen someone tattoo he did and he literally was using no ink the whole tattoo was literally disgusting it looked like he used a razor blade and sliced his skin open. He makes sink or swim look very bad. I seriously had to call better business bureau to make a complaint with pictures to prove how horrible the tattoo was done.

Never go to Alex woock employee of sink or swim my appointment was 5 he didnt start till 6:45 he charged me$150 for 45 minutes of pain (work) he was so mad that i wanted a different idea then his so he ran a dry needle all over my neck he mixed the cleaning solution in the black ink i dont know if thats how it works but i wont ever go back.. dont go here owner only response to females
