So far my friends and I have gotten ours ears pierced twice by Jazz (two piercings each visit)... and let me tell you SHE'S the reason I will be coming back for more!! I honestly don't trust anyone else but her to be honest.. I was about 10 mins late to my appointment, and she was completely welcoming and did not show any signs of annoyance, nor was she rude. Additionally, she's the funniest person I've ever met! You will not be bored with her, nor with anyone from the staff!!! When it was our 1st visit, she easily calmed us down with her humor! We were able to talk about A LOT of things (life, education, love, etc), and I genuinely believe I have made a friend... If it's your 1st time getting a piercing and you don't know what to expect, I 100% recommend Jazz, their prices are super affordable AND it includes the actual jewelery unlike most places. I got 2 lobe piercings this time on my right ear for $20 each including the diamond earring. U can call them or catch her on Instagram @jazzpiercings. She's a human being guys, and has a life...don't be angry if it takes her one-two business days to respond... Be patient with her and enjoy the ride!!

Ive been going to Artistics for piercings for 8 years and have always had a great experiece with Jeremy. Yesterday I went to get a piercing and jeremy wasn't there. The girl at the piercing counter was on her phone and didn't even look up to greet me. She then proceeded to tell me that the piercing I wanted was stupid and she wouldnt do it . Not once did she explain why or give me any sort of information about why it was a bad idea. I later foubd out about all the issues with it and would have much rather been told about them than be told its stupid. Customer service 0/10.

Very receptive to what I was looking to have done and not once made me feel like my ideas or wants were stupid. I had definitely been made to feel this way when I was looking around for my first tattoo. Jeremy is by far my favourite piercer I've ever been to. He's got a great, dry, and somewhat dark sense of humor that helped ease my anxiety about being stabbed in the face by a stranger. He even apologized when I winced. Hope he gets to take care of himself and remembers to take breaks. It'd be a shame if someone with his talent got burnt out. ... TL/DR: wouldn't go anywhere else.

went here to get my first tattoo on my birthday, Tim was very arrogant explaining he 'hates tattooing teenagers' as he's tattooing me, rushed through the entire tattoo and now I'm stuck with uneven lines, completely unsymmetrical. very disappointed and now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. We got my daughter's (9 yrs) 2nd lobe piercing, my mom's nose and my septum and she was very thorough but also very quick (my mom didn't even know she was done haha!). Jeremy is so awesome...just the realest most personable dude. I've had my septum pierced 3 times...second time Lochlan did it (he's in the falls now), and he did an excellent job, but for my place of work, I ended up taking it out because I HATED how it felt when the ring was turned up into my nose. It was all I could feel and I felt like there was like...gross stuff showing in my nose, lol...but I was ready to have it pierced again since I have MUCH more freedom in my life these days, and Jeremy did a great job. It was extremely painful this time only because it was the 3rd time pierced, but it's REALLY straight on my crooked septum. He really did a great job and totally put me at ease. If you go to him, tip him well. He honestly deserves it. A good piercer is not something to take for granted!

I've had work done by Jeremy and Tim and have no complaints about their work. Jeremy was an awesome guy, super professional, and filled with knowledge. He pierced my lip as well as my cartilage for an industrial bar. During the piercings, he was very positive and good at keeping me distracted from the pain. He was very funny and very direct with how exactly to take care of the piercings. Tim did my second ever tattoo, but he came off a little rude and made some rather unsettling comments about the tattoo I wanted. However, aside from his personality, Tim did excellent work and completed the tattoo in a very timely manner and I couldn't be happier.

The artist Jordan was more concerned about his lost 2 hours rather than a return customers wellbeing. Was looking at downsizing since I got my helix done, but she didn't mention anything about it, and no follow ups, so not sure how to proceed. Messaged her and wasn't able to get a response, but I know she's probably super busy right now. Would have liked more information at the shop, but I also should've done more research beforehand, as I didn't know it was a thing. She's very sweet, it was a quick, and as painless as a piercing can be.

Went to get a tattoo done on my finger and got Tim as an artist. He was professional but not very chatty which is fine but it puts off a weird vibe. Once started my tattoo he seemed to relax a bit more and it was fine. My friend was next to get a tattoo who was very excited getting it in the same place but has a bit anxiety when it comes to needles. Here lies my issue instead of trying to help calm her down he proceeded to make a point of letting her know he doesnt have all day and that she needs to hurry up and decide if she wants it or if he shouldnt even bother setting up. I understand it's time based appointments however dont you think it wouldve been more productive letting her get her anxiety under control rather than making it seem like it's a complete waste of your time. Even telling her that this was a waste of his time. She even asked if she would be able to come back another day and he told her she wont and it's a waste of time. She has other tattoos this isn't her first her anxiety just gets the better of her sometimes. Generally when someone experiences anxiety it doesnt help putting pressure on them when they're already feeling pressure. She had a horrible experience all because he couldnt try and help the situation instead she walked out without her tattoo and will be going to an artist I know can be very professional and understanding in situations such as these.

clearly their deleting reviews. It's sad your company doesn't email customers to try and solve the issue. I have decided to add photos. the beautiful buttery was done by a great artist who is no longer in this country. The ugly buttery was done by this shop. I don’t really write reviews but I had to. I hate my tattoo it looks horrible. I just did it a few months ago and it looks many years old. I have a blow out on the butterfly looks terrible. I’m in the process of seeking tattoo removal because it looks that terrible. I have to lighten the butterfly and have a good artist colour it over properly. The one of my arm I’m seeking full removal; it is going to take many years. I hate the tattoo so much I wear make up covering it until I start my removal process. I’m so sadden . Their cheap but if you have to pay 200-300 more pay its worth it because removal cost more.

Tim treated me like hot garbage from the second i walked into the store, until the second i left. He has no respect for anyone, and WILL be rude to you, even if you're polite. Not only this, but also be prepared to not be taken seriously. I scheduled an appointment, and immediately had it cancelled because they didn't care enough to check if they were available. There are a number of things to look for in a tattoo artist and shop. A tattoo needs to be done by an incredible artist. Depending on the size/detail of tattoo, you'll be sitting in the chair for a few hours and will want someone that makes you feel comfortable. But being comfortable isn't everything, this isn't a haircut. An incredible artist alone isn't enough either, you'll need someone with experience to ensure the art on your body will last a lifetime and will make you as proud of the tattoo 25 yrs down the road as the day you get it. If I could give Aiden 15 stars for perfecting each of these I would, but 5 stars is the max... so with my 5 stars, let me also give Aiden my personal recommendation. I’ve gotten tattooed here before, everything was clean and tidy. A few days ago I got my daith pierced by Jazz, and I cannot stop talking about how great she is! I don’t think I’ll ever meet a sweeter soul and a better piercer. I don’t remember the owner’s name, but she was also a great person! she stayed with me during my piercing because I was nervous. I will definitely be back in the future, those two made me feel beyond comfortable and happy with my experience!
