It had been alot of years since going and getting a tattoo. And I'm glad I choose to come here! Artist was James and he did an amazing job on my cartoon tattoo. Very skillful and application was very smooth. Shop was very clean, and very awesome all around! Will definitely be coming back in the future! Wubbalubbadubdub!

This was my second tattoo being done by their one artist, and he has done an amazing job. It's a friendly atmosphere and they make you feel comfortable while getting work done, always making sure they aren't hurting you. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a tattoo, whether it's your first or your tenth.

Waited 2 months for an appointment with April. Showed up for my appointment and waited an hour and a half for them to say they can't get a hold her. I had already booked the day off of work for the appointment. Luckily one of the other tatto artists Kayla was able to fit me in. Kayla did an amazing job on my tattoo, she was great to talk to and the tattoo is amazing! Just wish the first part of my experience wasn't so rocky. Still recommend Rose City Tattoo.

I normally go to the PMP in St. Catharines, but I went to the Welland location for a memorial tattoo on my ankle yesterday and I am so happy with it! April was my artist and she is very sweet and detail-oriented and made sure that I was happy with what I was getting. I highly recommend this studio!

went to the st catharines location to be turned away and told maybe another artist would do the tattoo my sister was requesting drove to the welland location and they said they had no room for walkins today as they are waiting on "clients" to show up... mean while we called 3 times before driving out here but no one answered the phone both places basically told us to go somewhere else... I'm not recommending this place to anyone they advertise walkins and have artists just sitting there letting money walk out the door... very dishesrtening as she just wanted a tattoo to commemorate our late father...

I appreciate now hygienic the whole process is and how clean and organized the studio appears. Getting a tattoo is permanent and can be scary .. I completely trust James in his artistic ability to give me the best tattoo

Went there with my roommates at the start of September was told we were getting our tattoos done by an tattoo artist who’s been tattooing for years. When we arrive we were not told that we were getting tattoo by an apprentice until on the tattoo table. She took eight minutes to tattoo my snake on my skin and cut me twice now I have scars in my tattoo. She also rubbed off my roommates stencil and still continued to tattoo her and it turned out not linear. Also they wouldn’t change the design to a smaller one. Also was WAY OVER CHARGED 135$ for an 10 cm, eight minute tattoo. Very let down
