Chelsea is an amazing tattoo artist. Me and my wife went in to get a tattoo cover for me and a couple of new ear Piercings for her. Chelsea was able to turn a tattoo that no one could tell what it was into something that is amazing and I cannot wait to go back and get more added on to it! The shop was very clean and you could tell that what they do matters to them. I was also very happy with the ideas that she was coming up with while tattooing me on ways to add on to the idea that I had to Really make an amazing piece. Chelsea took my wish to have the Hogwarts castle done and with the use of her colors and the ideas for future sessions this tattoo will become more than I ever thought it would be. And on the other side for the piercings she was very clean and Precise and made my wife very happy. We both will definitely be going back to Chelsea and Pebbles Ink. I really cant say enough about Jacob at Pebbles & Ink. He was so kind, efficient, meticulous and patient. He was helpful with my vasovagal syncope, too; reminding me to breathe so I didn't pass out from adrenaline haha (embarrassing, but true). Professional, honest, welcoming and calming environment. Gave me exactly what I wanted if I came in with something specific, but also created a beautiful piece from scratch when I only had a idea of what I wanted. Was honest about whether or not something would work based on the size I wanted, but she could tell how much wanted it, so she made it happen for me. I left my worries and nervousness at the door, because I trusted the hands I was putting my skin in and I left there each time extremely happy! Oh my god, I cannot say enough good things about Chelsea and her shop. THIS IS THE CLEANEST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Even BEFORE Covid, Chelsea has held her shop to a higher standard. I have visited Pebbles and ink multiple times, to buy jewelry, get pierced, get tattooed and buy merchandise from the local shops they support! I absolutely love this shop and my piercer/artist I have every time is Jacob, he is great , makes sure i am comfortable and always is super clean with either my piercings or my tattoo. I highly recommend this shop , not only are they super clean but the jewelry they use it’s very high quality and i’ve never had an issue with my piercings nor my tattoos! ????

In my prior review, I had given three stars, but after consulting with another piercer, I was told that practically everything was done incorrectly. The angles of my helix piercings were off, and they put what seemed to be low-quality lip rings in them. I am going to have to go to urgent care before he can even remove my nose ring, as there is an irritation due to improper placement. So of the three piercings I had gotten, none of them are save-able and I will have to wait for them all to heal to get them re-pierced elsewhere. In addition, the piercing solution I was given contains tea tree oil, which I was told can damage fresh piercings by drying them out unnecessarily. EDIT: Their responses to all of their negative reviews are also pretty telling. They will defend themselves and try to twist things in their favor to no end. When they have no real response, they unprofessionally retort with emojis and “lol”. Nobody is “giving me the run-around”, as you put it, but you sure are trying to.

I’ve been to Pebbles for many services and I ALWAYS leave 1000000% satisfied and get exactly what I want the quality of the work that Chelsea and her workers do at her shop are top notch!! I’m so glad I found her shop after searching for what felt like forever for my permanent artist. I don’t have to question if she can do what I want (tattoo or piercing wise) she opens everything in front of me so I know everything’s sterile and sets up after I sign papers. And for the price she charges per hour for her tattoos is mind blowing considering her work is beyond amazing. She works so hard to satisfy her customers and will answer every question you may have before and after appointments she makes every tattoo unique and an eye catcher! And her shop is always clean and very eye catching with all the colors and pictures hung up throughout her shop. I will always recommend her shop for services and I will also stay going to her for any body modifications I have in mind! You can’t find great quality work for her pricing anywhere else and her wait list also isn’t long like other shops to book for a tattoo I love the ambition she shows in her shop and in her work I can’t wait to go back for my next piece once I figure out what I want! I couldn’t ask for a better artist to do my tattoos and piercings. ❤️

I highly recommend! I recently got both nostrils pierced by Jacob and it turned out beautiful! Their aftercare also works amazing (I’ve had rejected piercings and keloids in the past when getting pierced in other shops and using their aftercare). Now I go here for all my piercings/aftercare, Chelsea did my nipple piercings and my dermal as well. They are both very professional and amazing at what they do. All of my piercings done here have been measured correctly, done in a clean private area, have had the appropriate jewelry to heal properly, and great aftercare solution. Thank you both so much!

Update: the owner/artist fixed the tattoo but regardless, my opinion on the unprofessionalism still stands. Still don't recommend. A friend of mine went to this shop and the artist/owner Chelsea did a poor job on the tattoo. Seemed rushed since she squeezed her in... none the less its an overall disproportionate tattoo. My friend contacted Chelsea immediately after the appointment to let her know that it needs correction, and the artist/owner Chelsea became enraged and began posting publicly to defend her poor work and solicited more people to attack my friend publicly... Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL when the client respectfully approached her via private message and then Chelsea turned it into a public matter for all her social media friends and other clientele/following. Steer clear from this business for the reason of unprofessionalism as well as poor quality and poor attention to detail! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My daughter made the silly mistake of using towel and ripped piercing in her nose. She was rushed to pebbles with my wife. Pebbles staff went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter nose was not infected and educated her on the do and don't when it comes to piercing. Additionally on July 17 2021 my son had crashed his car in front of pebbles along the Niagara falls boulevard. I was looking for answers as to what really happened. The staff from pebble including pebbles was instrumental in assisting me to extract data and have a piece of mind as to what transpired. Wasn’t even going to write a bad review but seeing how I drove from Syracuse to Niagara with my girls to get the simplest matching tattoos possible and it came out bad...like I literally could have taken a pen to my wrist and did a better job..bad. I feel like I should save someone else the trip. We got very small triangles and the line work was awful. I called and complained in a very respectful way basically just wanted it fixed and touched up very simple. She gave me attitude and pretty much said I should have expected lower quality work because Jacob is an apprentice. I was never informed he was an apprentice, this was my first tattoo and he was listed as a tattoo artist on their little chalk board. Me and one of the other girls were able to make it up there a month later because we had to wait for it to heal. I made the appointment for 4PM because I had work and then had to drive 2 1/2 hrs to get there. We call to let Chelsea know we hit traffic and may be ten minutes late. She forgot about the appointment said it was supposed to be for 11am which I obviously would not have made I was at work at that time. She said okay I’m doing a huge thigh piece I’ll have you two come in during a break I’ll call when to come. We waited for hours and she never called. Needless to say not happy at all but you live and learn right? Don’t trust all of the good reviews like I did.
