Neither of these photos do the work I got from here any justice. I've been looking for my "shop" where I click with the artists and am given a result 100 times better than I could imagine. Erich and John do amazing work and really do listen to what you want. The artists are all professional, easy going, and quite talented. Of all the shops I tried this is my favorite and there is nothing bad I can say about the business, keep up the great work!

I've been getting my tattoos done at this parlor for two years now and I can say that I am very satisfied with my tattoos! I have three from there so far and I will be (hopefully) getting my fourth soon. Amelia always does an amazing job and I would highly recommend seeing any of the artists there. A+

Amelia did my first tatt as well, at the ripe old age of 31. While I may have a little bias, her being my sister, I really would'nt have let anyone make drawings on me if I did'nt really like the work they do and have faith in getting a great piece. Love my tatt little sister, crisp dark lines, great color distribution. Amelia's ethics and practice dealing with sanitization are also top notch (pretty important). I want another one when I make the trip up there to see you ;)

Modern Love is easily head and shoulders above most other tatt shacks in and around Buffalo. Having been tattooed by most of the guys working there and some of the great traveling tattooers they attract to do guest spots I speak from experience when I say these guys are professionals. They are all fully able to do diverse styles of tattooing while each having their own unique style. So if you have a specific design you want, are looking to pick something from all the great flash they have on the walls or in their books, or have a concept you want to go with Modern Love is the place to be!

I can not say enough great things about this shop! I have been tattooed by all 4 of the current artists there, and love every single one. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Every one I have referred to them has had an awesome experience as well. Highly recommend!!!! The "get what you get" deal is an experience in it self. On my birthday, I visited Amelia Martin for a tattoo. I requested a slice of birthday cake as a design. Her enthusiasm to do the design was off the charts, and the result was awesome to say the least. Thanks again Amelia. My last tattoo was from John Hogan. Got a killer Fu Dog on my chest. Can not wait to get another one from John. I have gotten more than a couple from Josh Adams, including a phenomenal 3/4 sleevee. Lastly Erich Foster. Been being tattooed by Erich for so long, I can't even remember the year of the first one, or exactly how many without counting. All these artists are very professional, and will take your idea and put it on you forever. I guarantee your first tattoo from Rise Above Classic Tattoing will not be your last.

If I could give Modern Love Tattoo, and Andy my artist, 10 stars, I would! I love my tattoo even more than the reference photo I brought in!! Andy was super timely calling me back, and managed to get me in the same day, on a cancellation. The place was clean, friendly, and Covid-19 distanced. Andy worked quickly, beautifully, and maintained a light touch all through the session. I'm definitely coming back for other tattoos with Andy in the future. I'm so glad I found this place!!!
