I had a situation with a piercing done at another shop and I talked to Coco about it. Not only did she help make my piercing better, she cared and was friendly. Everyone at Lucky Deville is friendly, business is business but they treat their clients as friends! I always feel welcomed every time I walk through that door! The shop owner was very unprofessional and rude just for a consultation. Never introduced himself and got upset because I hadn't heard of him, or his work when I asked if he'd be able to do the piece I was inquiring about. When a potential client comes to you with an idea, especially one with specific meaning I would think no tattoo would be too small, apparently not. Shocked by the pure disrespect and unprofessionalism. Safe to say I wont be taking that appointment nor coming back. I'll gladly spend double else where with artist who understand they are permanently marking your body and not on a power/ego trip.

I went in with my friend today for piercings. The place was very clean, and we didn’t have to wait at all. Our artist, Coco, was very friendly and professional, all while making us feel very comfortable in the otherwise nerve-wracking situation. I definitely want to come back for more piercings or maybe even a tattoo! Not expensive at all for the quality and service my friend and I received. Coco, if you’re reading this, you rock!

I love Coco, she is an amazing piercer 5/5 stars. But Manny tattooed someone else’s child’s footprint onto my arm and then tried to fix it, and I still paid $200 afterwards. He also refused to use color on my skin tone despite the fact that I have a colored tattoo from another place and color shows well on my skin, he said I can’t do color. So my tattoo is nothing like I truly wanted. Never going back to him. ????

I went to this shop because it came highly recommended and I’m not saying it’s not however the man who did my tattoo was either new or just plain careless. I’m so disappointed because I hate it! It was such a minor piece I thought it wouldn’t be too difficult to complete. I walked in and immediately this guy jumps up and says “you can sit here!” I’m like “ok” so I explain to him what I want he says “we can’t go that small because it won’t come out right” there’s another guy in the shop that comes over and peeks at it and says “why can’t you?” And the guy tattooing me says “because we can’t you no” so the other artist just says “oh yeah” & walks away now I told him 3 times it wasn’t straight he kept telling me that it was and it was just my wrist so shame on me for not going with my gut and still letting him tattoo me. The worst part is I told him several times he was pressing really hard and it hurt bad and he told me “it’s just the area in the wrist” Mind you I have tattoos on my foot, forearm, back, stomach & both my sides.. “so I wasn’t complaining just because I know what a tattoo feels like” Basically half the tattoo is “raised” half is lighter and it’s slanted. So I’ll have to get it covered because it’s driving me crazy. When I called to tell them about the faded and raised areas he told me “It’s probably how your skin took to the ink.....” Boy he had an excuse for everything. Needless to say I could’ve went to someone’s basement and had better work done.

Even if I never went back again, which is not the case, but just one visit here EARNS a Five Star Review. Bob was absolutely great with the work, the people were great, the atmosphere was great. It does not get better. I wish I could call out everyone's name that made me feel welcome, but it was so welcoming, I don't think I even know all the names. Shout out to Rick for taking the time to talk with me and let me know my business was appreciated. If you need ink work done, do NOT hesitate.

Rick is just plain awesome. I went to Rick with an idea for a tattoo and showed him a picture of one that I liked. Obviously, being an artist, he did not want to copy the picture but instead did his own rendering of what I wanted. 2 multi-hour sessions later and I absolutely love what I saw. Rick was great with his followups to ensure tattoo healing properly and was quick to answer my questions. The cost for the quality and time of work was spelled out and reasonable. The workers at the shop are friendly and helpful too.If I popped in with a question or concern they were quick to attend to me and when needed left messages for Rick. The shop environment is very casual and the conversations are open. I highly recommend Lucky DeVille Tattoo, especially Rick.

My artist was David Geis, and with a few days to consider the design, he incorporated elements of beautiful symbols into the entire image. He was cheerful and excited about both my design and the work itself. The shop is owned by Ricky and Coco, and they were lovely to speak with, very accommodating. What struck me most (besides the really gorgeous work I saw being done) was the way the artists in the shop supported and encouraged one another. There is clearly a lot of pride and investment in each other's work. Each of the clients I saw were treated like friends, with obvious care. After two tattoos in two different shops, I am very impressed with how the support of each artist for one another encourages them to give their best. Not to be taken for granted was the cleanliness of the shop itself and the work done. Highly recommended.
