This is an old building divided up into artist areas. The shop is clean and I was promptly accepted as a walk in. Jordan was very polite and personable. He did a great job replicating my wife's actual hand writing.

I went to the st Catherine's location for a peircing, and didn't get one. I was ignored in the lobby for 15 mins, no one greeted me or anything. Actually two customers greeted me . How sad is that, don't ever go here ! Horrible people skills, if you work there I hope you see this .
