i walked in today and the lady at the front desk just stood there n stared at me, no hi or welcome nothing. she had a nasty attitude. after a while she asked what we came for and we told her then stood in line. she stared at us the whole time in the line so we just left. didn’t feel comfortable at all there. very small spaced not covid friendly to me.

I thought the owner was a B the first time I went in here back in 2017, I think. In hindsight she's was probably just protecting herself and I probably didn't care. I was going to leave a higher review because I love the products alchemy sells and such but I have a problem with their piercing artists. The first time I had a piercing done there, the piercer did my lip off center. Then I came back and my friend had her lips pierced there and her lips swelled up so much and she couldnt get bigger bars for another two days because the piercer wasn’t working and it ended up getting infected. I just think they should do a bit more work with their piercers before they hire just anyone who can pass a test.

Great for piercings terrible for tattoos, can’t do straight lines. Front desk customer service is absolutely terrible, and the piercer/tattoo artist in the very back corner to the right when facing the tattoo area, she is terrible, her attitude is terrible and the “tattoo” that isn’t so much of a tattoo anymore on my hand is terrible!

This shop is the best!! I went in for a tattoo and browsed around at the sweet band and concert t-shirts, gorgeous purses, jewelry and a wide selection of other items. I could do most of my Christmas shopping right there! They also do piercing, tarot readings and reiki sessions. Great prices too!

I absolutely love this place my husband and I love getting tattoos from Jerry wood he does an absolutely amazing job and today while we were there I decided to get my nose pierced by Erica after being sick all week the pain caused me to pass out and she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and never once made me feel horrible about what had happened.

Subpar piercing and tattoo artists. I have had my piercing pierced off center and ended up having to take it out. For some reason they only accept cash for everything which is sort of inconvenient because I don't really want to have to use their in store atm and get a fee. They should keep up with the times and have a card reading system. They sell a lot of cool items though that are pretty reasonably priced for the most part.

The staff member behind the counter possibly owner was courteous kind professional and extremely knowledgeable. The gift shop is well laid out very clean almost to the point of being sterile. This gift shop does have a mask mandate for indoors please bring your mask
