This is my first time ever writing a review for any place but could not help doing so because I believe the service was quite unreasonable. Was charged a consultation fee for nothing. Specifically asked if I will be able to receive a microneedling after my past treatment at another clinic 2 weeks ago and asked to be notified if 2 week gap is too little to receive my second treatment. I was still booked in for an appointment. Drove 40 minutes total to the spa just to be told that I won't be able to receive the microneedling since it's too soon and was charged the consultation fee (although they charged $50 instead of the usual $100). Waste of time, commute, and money... :(

Recently I was searching online for a Spa that sells Osmosis MD products, when my Spa here in Vancouver, BC closed down for a couple weeks, and I needed some products. I came across Sparkle Lifestyle. They had what I needed and from ordering to receiving I have nothing but good things to say about them. They texted me with advice to make sure I get the right skincare product, they were very helpful, friendly and professional. Since then they still send me emails with tips and advice, and they even have virtual consultation if needed. It is too bad they are so far away from me, I would be a regular, for sure! If you live near or in Moncton, and try to find a spa, don’t look anywhere else…they are the best:)

She then introduced me to Rachel and Georgette, two of the most professional and kind service providers I have ever met. Rachel welcomed me and even offered to take my coat! I was able to ask questions and felt 100% comfortable in their care while receiving my treatment and included clear post-treatment instructions. I booked a follow-up appointment with the front desk agent and she was equally very pleasant. From start to finish, a wonderful experience. This is especially noteworthy because as a male, any time to date that I’ve been there the rest of the people that I notice in the building have all been women. I can’t say enough positive words about my experience at Sparkle today and the events leading up to it. There was a billing issue Last week that I brought to their attention and they not only corrected it right away but did it after hours on a Friday! Not many businesses would do that. I sent an email to them as soon as I noticed the issue and they got back to me right away via text Friday evening. Not only did they correct it immediately and did it after hours, but they also offered me a complimentary OxyGeneo Facial. They absolutely did not have to make that offer given that they responded and corrected the billing issue right away but they did and I was incredibly thankful for that amazing customer service! I had my facial this morning. The procedure was performed by Miranda and for my first medical facial, I loved every minute of it and was able to see the visible differences in the before & after photos she took. Before the facial, we had an in-depth discussion about other Sparkle services that I was interested in and she provided me with documentation about the services before I left. She really took the time to discuss everything with me and plus she was very sweet and friendly! I would go back to Sparkle most definitely. I even did a nutrition counselling session with Madeline a couple of months ago and even though it was over the phone due to COVID, it was still an excellent consultation and I’m still using the information and meal plan to target my weight loss and overall health goals. Sparkle is amazing in every aspect, I highly recommend them!

Shae Lee is amazing! And she really did an awesome job! My skins never felt so good! She is very professional and takes the time to really customize your treatment to your skin, and the issues your having. My skin was very dry, flaky, dull, fine lines. She performed the exfoliating medical facial, and customized my skin care routine. I've got so many compliments from family that noticed my skin looking healthy and glowing!
