I was at Sephora in the Champlain Mall April 02 around 3:15. I stood and waited for a staff member to finish his conversation with another customer (he knew full well I was waiting for him as I was standing right beside him) another customer comes over and says can you come help me and off he goes. Next I was over by the cashwarp looking at the products and a staff member walked right in front of me, I don't mean politely walked in front of me, I mean rub my jacket and step on my foot going in front of me. She never said excuse me, sorry nothing whatsoever. We go over to the Kat Von d collection and another staff member decided she wanted the stuff right where I was standing, instead of saying excuse me, she hit me with her basket to get me out of her way, not once, but twice.
Ok so we figure maybe they were having a bad day so we go back on April 03 to give them another chance. Well we picked up a lot of stuff (no one but the girl at the door even said hello) We again were looking at the Kat Von d stuff and need some help with the too faced blush. I ask one staff member for help, she said I need to finish this paperwork (she had a clip board in her hand) and I will be back. I waited 5 minutes and looked she was helping other people, we never seen her again. I decide to ask another staff member (there were two of them chatting, one was in the black and red dress, the other was in black shirt and black pants) The answer I got was we are busy and we will put you in the que. We waited another 10 minutes and decided no one was going to help us. If I had my way, we would of dropped everything and left, but my daughter wanted some of the stuff we picked up. I spent over $200.00 and would of spent a lot more, as we drove almost 2 hours to get to the store.
I work customer service and I hope I would be fired if I ever treated people the way we were treated at this store.
This store doesn't deserve even one star!
