It truly has a calming and welcoming atmosphere as you walk in, with art a bit everywhere along with quotes to celebrate your own beauty. The woman in charge is honestly so kind and will help you put outfits together. Sometimes, she’ll even give you a discount ;) But the clothes are fantastic and it supports local artists and makers. This store is the best vintage/gently used clothing store i've been to so far: with the warm and accepting atmosphere, you can really let your real colours and style come through!! Also her prices are SUPER reasonable and she is a fun, sassy women that can help you try new things or help pick out something for a loved one! 11/10 will obviously come again????

Prices are excellent, huge variety of sizes and all sorts of items - wedding gowns to night gowns, shoes, bags, belts, scarves, gloves, hats - she's got it all! Plus a quirky collection of jewelry by locals and herself. Owner is also very involved in the community. Definitely a gem of a business in Moncton.

SDV in their new location on Botsford street (they used to be on Mountain rd) is even better than before, in their new space. Owned and run by a fabulous, body positive fashionista, this store is full of awesome vintage finds. Pick up clothes, accessories and jewelry here for women and men through a wide range of vintage eras. Sizes go right up to plus sizes. Prices are very reasonable and the owner has been known to throw in little extras when you are buying a couple of pieces. The store is full of great body positive messaging, including “encouragement boards” in the change rooms, which I might add are very accessible given their size. This is also a LGBT safe space and no matter where you fall in the world this is a very welcoming and non judgemental environment that’s all about fabulous fashion and nothing else :) Moncton is lucky to have such a wonderful little treasure trove.

My favourite store in Moncton! Steph is such a great stylist, I always leave with something I never would have picked out on my own! Her local artisan collection is unmatched! Her shop is a safe, welcoming space for all, if you follow her on instagram you can see for yourself how much time and energy she puts into finding stock for all bodies. She works tirelessly to make sure EVERY person walking in the door can find something they love, her selection of gender neutral clothing is *chefs kiss*. This shop is a gem, Steph is an incredible human.

I was in Moncton in November for work. I had some free time and looked up if there was any vintage shop in the area. SDV VINTAGE was the most interesting and closest. I love vintage stores that are in cute homes with tons of character. I enjoyed how every where you looked there were more new treasures to find. I was unable to find anything (I liked) in my size, but there is a large selection. I needed to go home with something so I picked up a scarf. I should have written this review earlier because there was a situation with payment(don't remember what it was), the darling owner ended up gifting me the scarf in exchange with me doing a good deed. I ended up seeing a lovely gold necklace and purchasing it as well. Connecting with vintage lovers and real down to earth woman is a breath of fresh air. Ps I did end up buying a Tim Hortons gift card and gave it to a man on the street. I want to thank you and let you know that your generosity will stay in my heart till the day I loose my mind????. Shout out to @allthepretties the most beautiful feminine jewelry.

Loved my experience at SDV and only wish I could go more often to buy up all of the wonderful treasures. SDV gave me an amazing opportunity to be able to shop without feeling judged. Stephanie was extremely accommodating by helping me navigate each area of her store. Stephanie was the right amount friendly mixed with the right about of helpful. I also liked that I could shop without being pestered. She gave me space to shop but also helped whenever I needed. I love her shop because it is safe. Safe from judgment, safe from hypocrisy, safe from homophobia. LOVE SDV vintage. Their new location is wonderful. Not only does this Downton business have parking but accessible parking access if needed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment or the owner Stephanie. Love it!

This store is a GEM! Every time I get to stop in, it's stocked full of treasures in an incredible size and style range. The atmosphere is lovely and inclusive. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Considering the value/rarity of vintage items, and compared to other vintage stores, I think the prices are very reasonable. I often look at a tag and am really surprised to find the price half what I was expecting. There's also a cute dog that you might be lucky enough to pet. I'd recommend checking the shop Instagram, as updates regarding store hours and new stock are posted regularly.

This was truly one of the best vintage boutiques I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping in. Steph is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Her selection and taste was impeccable! I live in SW Ontario and would have easily spent several hundred more in my home province for the same pieces. Fashionistas in Moncton are so lucky to have her! I visited the shop on the weekend looking for a Christmas party dress. Very last minute. The party was that night. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me! The store is fantastic! The clothes are all unique and tell a story. I unfortunately didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but Stephanie recommended another store for me to try. And even sent that store owner a message saying I was coming. Not only does she care about customers, but supports other fantastic business women! Highly recommend!
