Clean. Friendly staff. Very warm and welcoming environment. Have a great experience every time I'm in there. Everyone is professional and so helpful. I havent gotten any piercings there, so I cant comment on that. But I've been beyond satisfied with each of my tattoos. Each and every one of the artists are talented and creative. I recommend this place to everyone who ever asks.

The Rabbits Den Tattoo Parlor is probably the most awesome parlor I've ever been in. It is incredibly clean and inviting. I went to Tom with an idea for a tattoo to memorialize my father, and he drew an awesome piece right in front of me, most of which he free-handed directly on to my skin. He is an amazing artist in general, and his tattoos are incredible. I've also had work done by Janie who is undeniably talented as well. In fact, each artist in this shop is talented, and brings their own individual style to each piece they do. I wouldn't recommend any other shop to my friends and family.... Thanks so much Tom. You're amazing!

Best piercer out there Christy has everything set up in front of you and even tells you what she's gonna do and how it might feel. Her work is amazing I always get compliments on my piercings and her apprentice Jay is super friendly as well and is just as great as Christy. They're both super friendly and knowledgeable about all things piercings. Recently asked her about Medusa piercings and she told me everything I needed to know about it and how to keep it super clean so there are no infections and even helped fix the one I had after it was done by another shop that put in port that was to small for my lips and I plan to go back to get redone with Christy and Jay. Overall whenever someone ask me where they should get pierced I always recommend Rabbit's den because of it' super friendly staff, great atmosphere and overall fantastic quality. :-)

The piercer Christy was excellent. I went here to get my nipples pierced and am very pleased with the result. Christy is very knowledgeable and experienced in piercing, and was very personable and professional. She talked me through the whole procedure and showed the sterile packaging of the jewelry to ensure aseptic technique. Jay, the "Front Desk Commander", was also very nice.

Walked in on a Saturday night for first tattoo ever. Was very nervous and had no idea what to expect. Ben did my tattoo, an infinity on my wrist. It was exactly what I wanted and I LOVE it. After care of tattoo was thoroughly explained and I was provided same information on paper. Staff professional, shop super clean and well managed. I give it a 10!

Absolutely had a 5 star experience from start to finish! The environment is super friendly, clean and professional. I was extremely nervous and kinda embarrassed stopping by for a very private piercing but that started to fade after a few minutes absorbing the Vibe of the place and completely gone during my conversation with my piercer Christy! *Christy* was the most professional and knowledgeable piercer I have met in my life of 7 piercings by 7 different people. She explained everything I needed to know and answered any questions I would have asked before I could even think to ask it! She made me feel calm, comfortable and excited for this out of the ordinary choice of piercing and I am really grateful for that! I definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for a new place to get amazing quality service!

We went here to get a small tattoo. On Saturdays, they have walk-in appointments, and that's when we decided to go. Parking is difficult on Saturdays because it's a pretty popular time to go, and there's usually a wait. If there's no rabbit's den parking spaces left in the parking lot behind the store, don't park in the lot because the owner of the salon that shares the lot has been known to tow people. Everything seems really clean and the artists seem to take cleanliness very seriously. They make sure you understand everything and try to make you feel comfortable. The end result was very well done, didn't cost too much, and didn't take very long to complete.

What can I say at the Rabbits Den.....the environment is super welcoming and very clean and organized. The front desk receptionist was very kind and thorough with the paperwork I had to complete. My appointment was 2:35 and after doing my paperwork I only waited 7 minutes if that l. Might I add the waiting area was beautiful. I got my nose pierced by Jay omg!!! Jay is awesome, so friendly and he welcomed me, explained everything he was doing before he did it. Jay is easily accessible via IG and responds promptly with any questions or concerns. What I loved was the cleanliness this shop exemplified as well as the excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Got my septum piercing done here a few months ago. I chose this place because they had an outstanding 4.9 stars on Google, and it was fairly close to home on a street that I travel every day. Everything about this place was awesome. The staff were super nice and friendly, the parlor itself was very clean and classy, and the service was great! My piercing was done by Christy, and they were an excellent piercer with over 15 years of experience. They took the time to show me and explain what their tools were, and to make sure I could be certain that everything was clean and sterile. It took them a few tries to get it right, but not by any fault of theirs (all noses are unique, and mine is no exception). They were kind, talked me through it, and helped me keep calm, as this was my first ever piercing experience, and they offered for me to come back at a later date if I needed extra time to recover (I'm very averse to needles and it took me over a year to finally get up the courage to get it done! Hooray!). I'm writing this review 8 months later, and everything is great! The healing process went perfectly, according to their instructions, and the piercing itself looks marvelous! To anyone looking to get a piercing in general: please don't be afraid to ask your piercer questions! A good piercer will always listen and take the time to help you understand, and Christy was very receptive and thorough in answering any and all questions that I had. Afterward, they gave me a contact number to call them at if I had any concerns. It was a bit more expensive than the average septum piercing (at about $60, whereas most people I had spoken to about the topic beforehand usually said around $30-$40), but the price was worth it. Their 5 overall stars on Google is not a lie; this place rocks!

I've gotten four tattoos from Rabbits Den and plan on getting many more there. It has a great atmosphere, clean environment, friendly staff, and a group of very talented tattoo artists. My first time going was for a Friday the 13th fundraiser in 2015 . I didn't know any of the artist's work, but lucked out with Kristin. She was awesome and my raven tattoo came out great. There's a lot more I'd like to add to it, so I will definitely be going back to her.

I feel comfortable around ALL OF THEM . I’ve never had an infection and I’ll tell you another thing , it’s all high quality and any jewelry they sell I’ve never had an infection .I’ve never had a problem with I have ....I have gone to other places and bought jewelry and got BAD infections . So what ever Rabbits Den uses , they are sanitary, and the piercings stay in my body without any problems or infections. Their door is always open( during their open hours) if you have questions or any type of problems , or if you’re not sure...... you just go in and talk to them ,. they are all very kind. the piercers are awesome ! go in and say hi and ask any questions that you have . I guarantee you will be happy.

Their service on calling is awesome! I got my nose pierced at a different shop nearby and their jewelry prices at the place I got it pierced at was ridiculous, I decided to give this place a call and a friendly voice said hello and said their prices for jewelry start at 5$ and go up depending on gem and material used. I got a lavender gem that can be replaceable with the piece I have and it's guaranteed for life, including them gem! Everyone is VERY friendly and there is a ton to look at. I definitely will be back for future piercings, tats, and jewelry :)

I went to Rabbits Den for a septum piercing and it couldn't have been a better experience. Christy was welcoming, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super fun to chat with. I had to wait about a month for my slot, but honestly it was well worth it. Christy went into detail about the process, what to expect, the healing process, do-and-donts and more. All of the tools were sterilized on site, and double and triple checked before continuing. Honestly Rabbits Den was the cleanest shop I've ever been to. Amazing people and great prices. Clean, friendly and talented! This mom and pop tattoo shop is like no other. It sits off a main street disguised as a residential house armed with a glowing tattoo sign in the window and a really cool plaque on the lawn. Inside boasts a very homey vibe. They offer multiple tattooing stations, a private room for piercings, lounge and lobby. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. This shop truly cares about their artists, clients and the community it serves. If I could give a 6th star I would. Oh and did I mention the talent? You won't find a better group of artists working under one roof!

Tom and Jane are the best! You could not ask for a better place to get a tattoo. Clean, warm and welcoming with a touch of the bizarre and weird. You will feel like you walked into a start up museum rather than a tattoo polar. and did I mention clean. It was sterile while still being comfortable. Tom did a leg band for me. I gave him some ideas and he ran with them only as Tom can. He combined the beauty of Peonies in black and gray with a bit of phantasmagoria hid between. People are always finding new things in the tattoo. Also Tom is gentle and has a lite touch. He just makes you do strange "yoga" posses to get to the hard to reach places.

I went in a couple days ago to get couple new piercings. As expected, I was beyond nervous, but Christy was amazing and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything before even marking me, went through all the healing and cleaning expectations, and took as much time as I needed to ask questions both before and after. Got my cartilages pierced by Christy and she was amazing. The whole process is super clean and they are very safe. She walked me through the whole think and was energetic and made the whole experience personal. Would recommend!!

My mom and I got ear lobe piercings from Christy. She was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, a pleasure to talk to, and accommodating. She truly made me feel safe and comfortable even though I was quite nervous to begin. Each and every detail and step of getting a piercing is fully explained. There are plenty of opportunities to ask questions although everything is very well explained. The jewelry is beautiful, and I am very satisfied with my experience there. Would recommend, and I plan on going again for another piercing or tattoo.

Great place! Came in on a Saturday for a walk-in. Very clean and friendly artists. Was told there was a bit of a wait but Chris was able to do two pieces I wanted done right away. He sketched it quickly and did a really nice job. Definitely would go back again! Thank you so much!

I got a (simple) tattoo here and it came out alright. Just alright. My sister also wanted to get one too but when she showed two artists the reference picture, they told her that was an impossible tattoo to do. It was too detailed for the size that she wanted. My sister ended up going somewhere else to get it and guess what, not a problem. Guess that shows the level of skill in this place.

Went there to get my ears pierced. I'm 55 yo so my wife would tell you I'm having a midlife crisis. She keeps asking me why I'm getting my ears pierced at this age! So I go in thinking I'm going to be out of place because of my age. Aren't tattoos and piercings a young person's game?! Well let me tell you, I may have been out of place but I didn't FEEL out of place! This is one of the most welcoming establishments of ANY kind that I have ever had the pleasure of stepping into! From the host behind the counter to Christy who did my piercings, they made a slightly nervous guy feel totally comfortable. Christy thoroughly explained the entire procedure from start to finish, including piercing after care. During the piercing she gave me notice, step by step of what she was about to do. You know when you don't know anything about a subject, but you know that the person you're talking to knows everything about that subject?... That was Christy. She was personable, knowledgeable, detail oriented, skillful, and extremely professional. I couldn't have chosen a better person or place to get my piercings done. At the end of the session, my wife loved the earrings!

If you're considering getting a tattoo done, get it done at Rabbits Den. After a not-so-great experience with my first tattoo some place else, I was skeptical to get another one done. But I was assured that all of the artists make unique pieces of art. Chris did a phenomenal job on my lotus flower tattoo. It's everything that I wanted and then some. He did such an amazing job at all the detailing. It's literally the best piece that I have and I will definitely be coming back for more. The place is clean, professional and very welcoming. The vibe is chill and all of the artists are super friendly. Their receptionist Jasmin is such a sweetheart as well. She kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. I can't wait to get my next tattoo done here.

I have gone there for all 3 of my tattoos and my nose piercing. Every time I have gone it has been a great experience. My most recent tattoo was done by Hans and is definitely my favorite one so far. He did the design right in front of me and made sure it had all the elements I wanted and sized it perfectly. Jay did my nose piercing and he made me feel comfortable during the whole piercing. He was very thorough in explaining the process and aftercare. He also took the time to help me pick out the perfect nose ring for me. Their prices are very reasonable. The shop is extremely clean and everyone there is helpful and friendly. I look forward to my next tattoos and piercings.

Jay was my piercer and he was the best :) He explained every single part of the piercing as well as every step of the procedure, all very thoroughly. This past weekend, I went in for my second piercing by Christy. Rabbit's Den is worth every penny. I don't think there is one unfriendly person there, Christy is beyond knowledgeable about everything she does, super informative and makes herself accessible during the healing process if I have any questions or concerns. I hope to get back there in the next couple of months for a tattoo I've been wanting!
