My sister and I decided to get similar, matching tattoos the fellas were able to fit us in the same day we asked about an appointment and they look great. Mum is super chuffed with hers and all three of us have a great memory to share.

Though Pain and Pleasure may seem rough around the edges, the friendly and accommodating staff help make even the tattoo noob's experience one to remember. My fiancee got her first tattoo here due to the fact that they seem to have a real attention to detail. Then when we went in to get her free touch-up, they were more than pleased to ensure that they did a complete job that was insured to last, and if it didn't, my fiancee was encouraged to come back in again to get another free touch-up until the tattoo stayed. Definitely considering for my first tattoo as well. Well done!

I got my first tattoo here, these guys are awesome. They provide an excellent atmosphere, laugh and joke with one another like family. Jon was my artist he did a beautiful job on the tribute to my late father and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Jon, I love my first tattoo.

4.5 hours waited for 1.5 hours work because the artist wasnt taking my peice seriously and then the manager refused to ask the artist to work on me again even though the first 1.5 hour wait was because she had forgotten to tell him about the appointment or my piece until 15 mins before it started. Not only have i wasted my money on this half finished disaster on my leg but i also wasted my money on numbing cream to make things easier and the artist took an hour to get the stencil on so the cream didnt even do anything.

I was happy with Brad’s skills, however, their follow up care is just awful. I needed a touch up several weeks after I got the tattoo, and I spent over a month of phone calls and FB messages trying to get an appointment scheduled. They don’t seem to care after they’ve taken your money. Do yourself a favour, and go to one of the many other (excellent) tattoo shops in Saint John.
