I own a few shirts from Jeff, Emily and their team at Jeff Alpaugh Custom(JAC) and Iv'e got something to say. 1. Quality- Unsurpassed by anything else I have worn. Purchasing C.K. or Hilfiger shirts from lower end generic places like Winners, and spending $$ on shirts at places like up to and including Harry Rosen, I can honestly say that over time the material doesn't fade, the thread count doesn't become bare, and the buttons don't get loose. Summed up, this shirt is made very well. It's obvious the team at JAC CARE about the quality of their product! 2. Price point - At first glance, I was like, man...I don't usually like to drop a lot of money on clothes unless I love them. But that's why JAC is dope....because you custom tailor every part of your shirt from the thread colour, to the buttons, to the individualized monogram. Straight up, don't pay 80$ for an off the rack junk shirt where you have 8 inches of material hanging off you that you have to tuck into your pants...pay the bit extra and its more than reasonable when you think about what you are getting for your money. 3. Experience - Do you know what you get when you buy a dress shirt from a store like Moores, The Bay, or some other department store? The shirt you paid for....and that's it. At JAC, I received a handwritten note from Jeff and Emily along with my shirt, thanking me for helping them build their business. And then, months later, a cold call from Jeff who wanted to check in and make sure everything still fit and ensure everything was all good. A relaxed environment, with a good balance of salespeople who are genuinely interested in helping you look your best, without being overbearing and in your face. Last thing I gotta say cause I'm outta time here...when you go with the JAC squad, you are dealing with people who built this from the ground up. This means, you will NOT find people more committed to this cause the Jeff, Emily and their team. You will NOT find people who know more about this product. What you do get are a great bunch of people who believe in the philosophy, "Look Good, Feel Good, Play Good" and a sick shirt that YOU had a part in designing and choosing to make it your very own.

I personally do not have a Jeff Aplaugh Custom shirt however I think that they are so awesome and totally unique I wanted my son to have one. So for his birthday we bought him a shirt card and we are still waiting for him to use it. My experience is from the customer service stand point, I have to say I already love the product. I just received an email from Kalem saying he would be happy to reach out to my son directly, to help encourage him to book a fitting, online or in person. Well for me the personal touch to reach out like this to customers is the best, ever, thing, that a company could ever do, period! If I could give them 10 stars I would, this is how a business should be run! Hats off to you, please keep up your wonderful efforts, this really does make a difference, so much so, we will be in again to buy my son in law a shirt card (he is 6'9" and will totally love a custom shirt) for his birthday and when my hubby is ready he will be purchasing one, two three, who knows. Now just to get my son in the store for a fitting is the next step, and I can't wait. I went in one day to ask them about the customizability of their shirts. They aren't completely customizable, but the staff were more than willing to take the time to find something that would work. I wanted a shirt that at least sort of resembled the Mongolian style for my wedding later in the year. They went through their extensive catalogue until they found something they thought could work. They even took the time to wait while I took a business call shortly after I arrived. I can't wait to see the final product! I ordered a mask from these kids months ago. I thought I was supporting local business I read the reviews and everyone mentioned that the masks were actually from Thailand. I replied to one of the many Ad emails that I still hadn’t received my mask and someone asked for my info which I provided including order number.... still nothing. That was 6 months ago. Update: After posting this review my experience turned around entirely. I received a heartfelt email from Jeff apologizing for the error and explaining what happened without sounding like he was just making excuses. He promised to package and send my order personally and I received the mask that I’d been waiting for in just a few days. He went above and beyond that by sending a few cool pieces which turned me from someone who was disappointed to a fan of his designs. Now I kind of wish I was on the East Coast (and there wasn’t a pandemic) so I could walk into the store and get suited up in something cool and custom. I left the 1 star review marking as it was because I know that when someone check the reviews they’re not going to look through the 500 5 star reviews, they’ll check the few 1 star reviews. Ordered a couple masks for myself and my family and the ones we received from Jeff Alpaugh are by far my favourite and most comfortable. In fact, we stopped using any of the other ones I bought and are just using the ones from Jeff! Aside from the different prints to choose from, what I really love is that I haven't had a problem with the masks fogging up my lenses or shifting the way my glasses sit - this has been a major sticking point with the three other types of masks I've tried. Never in my life did I think I'd feel so strongly about face masks! ???? Highly recommend!

This is the real deal. Jeff Alpaugh's custom-made shirts are brilliant and I just cannot say enough good things about what he, Emilee, and their team offer. Tailor-made shirts are great, but affordable custom-made shirts are just that much better. I have purchased custom shirts many times over the years and I found Jeff's service second to none. He came right to my house and they did close to 20 measure points on both my wife and I. I needed basic white dress shirts, not the Dangerous ones he mostly provides. Also I am not a very good 'off the rack' body type so custom is the only way I can get a fit on all aspects of my frame. They came in on time and fit perfect. They also looked very crisp and sharp. My wife's shirts were perfect as well. Very disappointed... Received my mask yesterday and it was way to small for me and wouldn’t even fit the filters that I ordered with the mask. Sent an email stating I’m fine with a replacement mask as I would much rather support a Canadian Business. But I automatically got a refund which is nice but now I’m still stuck without a mask in a province that just made them mandatory in stores. Tried to find out on their Facebook page if the issue was fixed so I could reorder but Jeff went ahead and blocked me from commenting on his Facebook Page for absolutely nothing. All I was saying is I got a mask that was obviously manufactured incorrect as it wouldn’t fit the filters you supplied. And I would like to reorder once I was sure the issue’s been fixed. But instead of replying to my comment assuring the issue was fixed, you act like a child and block me from commenting... Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Jeff is apparently very childish and having a hard time dealing with his mistake. He keeps staying the issue has been fixed but I still see people posting that they are still receiving sub-par products after being ensured by Jeff that the problems been fixed.

Very happy with my Dangerous dress shirt. Fits well, good quality and Everytime I wear it I get at least one comment (he wasn't kidding about the waterfall). Though they aren't always compliments haters will hate. When he says you will walk in as a customer and leave as a friend, he wasn't kidding. EDIT: A few months later I decided to buy a dangerous suit from Jeff. Most people asked me if I was crazy getting a custom made suit from the other side of the country. When it arrived I thought maybe they were right as some small adjustments needed to be made (not Jeff's fault, I'd like to think I lost some weight). Jeff offered to compensate for any fees. This is where the magic happened. I went to an old tailor by my office who spent the better part of 30 minutes saying this was THE best suit anyone ever brought into his store in his 49 years of experience. This is way better than the cheap fabrics and stitching of indochino. Knowing Jeff, I now wonder if this was not an accident but a brilliant strategy to have an industry expert verify to me (a non tailor) the value of the product that I just received.

POOR INTEGRITY, UNPAID INVOICES - I have not ever dealt with a company or person with such poor integrity. I was hired by Jeff to work as a marketing consultant in August, was told to book a flight to Fredericton for a kick-off meeting and that all travel expenses as well as payment for my time would be paid the following month. I proceeded to work for two more months for the company, and finally when I began to push harder on Jeff and his wife to pay the outstanding invoices, they both went dark and have not replied to any of mine or my lawyer's phone calls or emails for the past 4 months. It's shocking that a small business owner like Jeff could treat another small business owner with such lack of respect and professionalism. If you are looking to buy from a small business that has strong ethics and values, Jeff Alpaugh Custom is not the place.

Wonderful service and product. Don't go somewhere else to spend $320 on an Eton shirt from off the rack that will then be "taken in" a bit for you. Instead, pay these people to make you a fully custom/tailored shirt. It'll fit better and you'll save yourself a bundle. Then repeat every few months to build your wardrobe. If it fits better you'll look better.

I came home from work yesterday to a fantastic piece of mail - my Jeff Alpaugh Custom had arrived and I couldn't have been more excited. I opened my package two steps in the door, unbuttoned my off the rack Zara slim fit , flexed in the mirror, then put it on. JAC has the market cornered on dangerous design; the fabrics are outrageous and awesome. That being said, that's not even the first thing I noticed about my JAC - the first thing I noticed was the feel - this is high quality fabric, and it makes you feel like you're slipping on a silk robe. As I extended my arm to test how perfect the arm length was (obviously dead on), I noticed for the first time my name embroidered subtly (white on white) across the cuff - no way my roomate is stealing this shirt. So the feel and the fit really stood out immediately - and the shirt itself, yea it stands out too. The final thing I will point out is that my shirt came with a personalized note - a thank you for being one of his first customers. Jeff might come off as dangerous and brash, but let me tell you, he's also got a lot of class. He's not only going to tailor you're shirt, he's also going to tailor the whole experience to make you feel like you are his most important customer. If Google knew their world half as well as Jeff knows his, I'd be able to rate his business 6/5.

I was headed away at fairly short notice for a wedding overseas. Needed a new suit and seen a fellow Patricia had opened a high end clothing company that looked amazing. From the first email to the online zoom call custom fitting was less than 24 hours. The staff was super helpful and great to deal with. One would think that the other side of the country would be a deal breaker but it was absolutely no issue at all. Tux that was ordered in the end was the Skyfall and with the shipping it was at my door three days ahead of the due date. Promised and delivered even faster than the original plan!! All the shirts I own are custom. Normally I go to a tailor who measures me in person. The tailor then prepares a sample that I try on during a fitting before said shirt or suit is finalized. To say the least I was a bit nervous as to how well a shirt would fit where I provided my measurements online with zero in person contact with the tailor before the final product was delivered. When the shirts arrived they all fit absolutely perfectly. I was very impressed. The material was very good. I thought the value was great. I bought 4 dangerous and one classic and I really like all my shirts. Even my extremely conservative wife who initially did not like the concept came around and really liked the shirts once she saw them on me. If you are worried that the shirts you want to order online won't fit worry not as I was your guinea pig and everything came out great. If you are worried the shirts are too loud they aren't, people love them. Maybe if you're an accountant like me you may not want to wear them Monday through Thursday but don't be shy otherwise.

I thought it might be cheap, rough fabric but when I got my shirts - I was blown away. It's the best quality fabric I've ever owned. It fits PERFECTLY, and is absolutely beautiful. He also made me two tunic-length Dangerous Dress Shirts. Why tunic length? Because they look stunning with leggings and boots: the perfect mix of sophisticated dress shirt and extraordinary patterns/colours - in a modern, casual length. In June, 2018, the day after purchasing a Jeff Alpaugh Custom gift card, I happened to be passing Fredericton, NB on a road trip from Ontario. I called to see if it was possible to stop in the studio the next morning for an appointment to be fitted for and design my custom shirt and I was fortunate enough to get an appointment. Ahead of visiting the studio I went to the Jeff Alpaugh Custom website and took a look at the fabric and design options so I had a sense of what I wanted and what the process would entail. My visit to the studio was a fun, fabulous and memorable experience. Jeff, Emily and their staff were professional, helpful, joyful and made the experience unforgettable. They even welcomed my dog for the visit as it was too hot a day to leave him in the car and my husband was walking him. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!! Let's start with a little background info: I'm an Apple user through and through. Why is that important? Well now you know I only buy the best, no Android garbage here. I'm also a level 24 PoGo trainer, so suffice it to say I'm a pretty big deal. As most of you know, the day to day grind can get pretty intense - downtown cruising the strip in the race car, at home watching the 4K or uptown levelling up the Aerodactyl. All dangerous activities in their own right, each of which requires an equally dangerous wardrobe to ensure success. But where does one go to purchase clothing so epic? Well for me it was easy (it usually is). I already knew just the place, somewhere you've probably heard people whispering about then they quickly stopped talking when you approached. You didn't know why, but it was because they didn't consider you dangerous enough to know. And you're using an HTC phone. And your Diglett is what you try to take over Pokegym's with, and his CP is only 95. I'm here for you now. The name of the place is Jeff Alpaugh Custom, and it will LITERALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE. When my first two shirts from JAC arrived, it took me right back to firing a mini gun from a helicopter overseas. You immediately know this was meant for you. You just added 60lbs to your bench. You do bicep curls with your co-workers max squat. Your Snorlax sits on top of your local gym drawing just as much envy as you now do. When my next 5 shirts arrived I was equally blown away, and I didn't know who I was more impressed with. "Describe it" like it's just this thing you go out and get, and own and forget about. No Jeff Alpaugh Custom, not today. How can you describe that feeling when you wake up and know that today is YOUR day? When you get out of bed and you're already fired up post-Friday-night-bicep-workout style? This is how I feel when I put on a Jeff Alpaugh Custom fitted shirt. Ever wonder what it's like to be Venom from Spider-Man? From the 90's, not that Spider-Man 3 garbage. Anyways when the suit is part of you and you're the most bad-ass dude on the face of the Earth??
