Don't expect a Spa experience here! No pleasant atmosphere, smells or sounds! I went for a facial. Reception area seemed fine but the treatment room was a large closet with a flat bed covered with a black plastic sheet and a strip of paper like at a doctor's office. Of course there was nothing to tie back my hair. Tristan is pleasant but just applied the products and didn't explain what she was doing. After about 15 she left me there for 20 minutes staring up at a florescent light on this hard bed with a radio blaring at my head. Walls on both sides of me where dirty. Table with the products on it was dirty. I actually thought this was a joke and got up and took pictures because I knew no one would believe it. I laid there wondering if the owner or Tristan had ever seen a properly run SPA. This was completely unacceptable and I feel completely ripped off! I don't write negative reviews but this was exceptionally bad.

I went in today for the teeth whitening and it was a great experience The treatment took about 30 minute, it's a very private setting, no other clients so its 1 on 1, you dont feel cramped or have the worry about bothering anyone else Charlotte was the medical aesthetician on duty and the one performing the service. She was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, answered all of my questions/concerns. She explained how it worked aswell as what my results should roughly be. She was absolutely great and totally deserved the tip I left The location was very clean and professional, all the equipment was brand new and sanitized before/after the treatment. The only downside was the temperature in the waiting/treatment rooms as I found it got a little warm Absolutely an amazing experience, I plan on returning in one month for a second treatment. I would 100% recommend DermaEnvy to my friends and family

This place is beautiful! It has a clean clinic atmosphere with bright walls and all new furniture. There is so many treatments to choose from. I had a free consultation and chose a variety of treatments for my specific skin wants and needs. I highly recommend this business and wish I had of found it sooner! I cannot wait to go back.

I had a microdermabrasion before 4 months with Charlotte and still I’m suffering the consequences from her unprofessional treatment. My face first 3 and a half months has been veryyyy red to black color like I was burnt. Now after 4 months the redness is still here and in places that the redness is faded a bit I can see like dark color underneath. Seems like a hyperpigmentation of the skin. I don’t know if this will ever go away and if I will ever have back my skin again. I am going through a lot of stress because of her unprofessional way of using microdermabrasion. Is obviously that has been an over over exfoliation in my skin. I have called her too many times, and left a voice mail as well, and never answer. Probably she knew what she has done. I wrote an email as well and guess what? They told me to forward the email about my concern to operations@dermaenvy.com and never got an email back. What I pray now is to have my skin back again as it was. A clear skin and an even tone. It is sad to go for a treatment and somebody destroy it in 30 min. If you are not professional doing smth please don’t distroy others skins. My furious and the stress that I’m going through watching my face in this condition is SAD! I’m keeping my skin hydrated all the time and I have started to use aloe Vera gel from plant directly to my face but I still can’t notice a big difference. I don’t know what else can help to get rid of this. Someone with the same experience please help!
