One of the best spots in the city for some good ice cream. The milkshakes are awesome too and way better than the competition on the North Side. Been here a few times over the past couple years, it's always a nice treat if I happen to be downtown on a hot day.

Unique ice cream place. The ice cream is made upon your order. It's delicious. Wait time can be a little long but it is understandable. They also serve waffles which I still haven't tried. A little expensive, only one size option, come to approx. $8 each tax included.

Similar to a marble slab or other creamery. Slightly limited on toppings you can add but I did quite enjoy the aesthetic of the rolled ice cream. No recycling of the plastic cups means I wouldn't come here often. Paper cups would be much more environmental.

Everything that I have had so far is amazing. My personal favorites regular menu icecreams are the maple bacon and the chocolate pretzel but I also loved the limited time oreo cheesecake when it was available. The combination of sweet and salty, creamy with a slight crunch is why I love both the pretzel and the bacon icecream.

A perfect treat for these humid days and nights. The portion sizes are large and the flavour options are extensive. You can get either vanilla or chocolate ice cream as your base. I had the maple bacon with vanilla ice cream. The salty, crunchy bacon bits paired really well with the sweet maple sauce. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other toppings.

Really a very nice discovery in Fredericton. Roughly $6.75 for a good size bowl of freshly made ice cream... Pretty fair price. Be patient since it is made on the spot. Definitely give this place a try.

Had the key lime pie and it was delicious. Would try something else next time though. Service would be faster if they optimized production a little bit they seem to have to run all over the place for different things which slows them down but it’s small batch and well worth the wait. Four stars if they are the same next year. Five stars now because they have tonnes of room to grow.

Far more important than a company's product is the way it treats its workers. In this regard, the owners of Delish show little respect or compassion for their employees; they are known to have fired someone on the spot, in front of other employees, without warning or explanation. I have another friend who had a similarly poor experience working with Delish. No rolled ice cream for me thanks!

Service was some of the worst I have seen. I don't think 10 words were spoken to us in the time we were there. Ice pan surface was dirty, covered in liquid from ice cream made before they began to make ours. Disappointing to say the least.

This was a few months ago, but I would still never go back. Their ice cream is way to expensive given that they pay their workers minimum wage. I found a hair in my ice cream and so I asked them to wear hair nets, and my friends went back 2 weeks later and she found a hair in her ice cream and no one was wearing a hair net still. I hope things have changed but I doubt it.

And plastic... bins of plastic cups, spoons, straws after eating ice cream and drinking shakes. I like visiting the places, in which owners think about this and try to substitute the plastic.

Great little place to get ice cream. We got the maple cookie and brownie flavours and they were both delicious. You get quite a bit of ice cream for the price too. They for 6 rolls of ice cream into each container for you. It tastes very fresh and it's interesting to watch them make it. When we arrived there were 5 or 6 people ahead of us and we waited around 10 minutes for our ice cream. They do accept debit.

I walked in five minutes after close apparently on a gorgeous hot sunny Sunday afternoon after grabbing a couple slices of pizza next door to get turned down after walking in. Apparently even though the place was still full and they were still making ice cream for others I was apparently too late . I won't go back. Must not like money , very poor customer service as a chain store business owner myself you never turn down money . Need to step it up guys . Sad show , need to step up that customer service guys !

I really enjoy each time I go. The staff are very friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy their job. The Ice Cream is amazing, same goes as the experience going in and watching them making the ice cream right in front of you. So many choices to choose from as well as you can make some slight changes to your taste. There are some line ups and it may take some time but it definitely worth the wait.
