Wander + Whim is a safe, inclusive space that offers a unique tattoo experience. Wanda is patient, professional and a wonderful person to spend a tattoo session with. I have had both a custom piece and pieces from Wanda's original flash, all of which I am extremely happy with.

Wanda (They/She) was extremely warm, welcoming and professional throughout the entire process from booking to after care! The space is sooo cozy and all the art on the walls is from local queer artists. They are also very selective of the products used and incredible effort was put into ensuring the studio is clean, eco-friendly and COVID-safe. The session itself was very enjoyable. My past experiences have only been machine tattoos, but Wanda was so gentle. I found their hand poking to be very therapeutic and relaxing, rather than painful and anxiety inducing. It was also nice to not hear the constant buzzing of a tattoo machine. Instead, I was able to listen to the carefully curated playlist she crafted. There is a lot of emphasis on Wander + Whim being an inclusive and trauma conscious place. I cannot recommend booking with Wanda enough. I have 2 other tattoos booked, and 2 completed that I absolutely adore! It’s also only a 5 minute drive from the ferry terminal, so it's mega convenient for people like me who live on the mainland.

I absolutely love Wanda and her art. This space is wholesome, accepting, warm, safe and beautiful. I've had two tattoos and she made each experience wonderful. I will be back again!
