I had three piercings done in one session. I have only ever had my ears pierced long ago and was very nervous. Maria was extremely professional and friendly the entire session and eased my nervousness a great deal. All three piercings were over before I knew it and with less pain than anticipated, and Maria sent me off with thorough aftercare instructions. Will absolutely return!

Upon meeting Chelsey she explained the procedures of Labyrinth Tattoo. My desires to alter an existing tattoo while adding a new accompanying tattoo by Labyrinth were left with Chelsey. Over the course of a few emails Maria was looking to see if "we" were getting close to what I looking for. When the image was settled on and I went in to see Maria to confirm this and I left looking forward to the day to come to get started on the tattoos. On the day, I was impressed by the cleanliness of Maria's studio. Nice background music was put on and a touch I liked was Maria put a print of the tattoo to be changed on my shirt sleeve 4" above the tattoo itself. Over the course of the tattooing Maria would check to see if all was fine with me and if the tattoo was progressing as I had envisioned Upon completion Maria used a product that was created by a doctor that essentially was a second skin to cover the tattoo and Maria then explained the vast benefit of the second skin product over a plastic food wrap. A thorough review of the aftercare was covered and I left very pleased with my experience with Maria and Labyrinth Tattoo.

Not only were the ladies very pleasant and knowledgeable they were also very patient and accommodating towards my wishes. Reta did an awesome job Designing my thoughts! After my initial consultation I was told that my medical condition wasn't a problem. After being back 3 times for design work I came in for my tattoo. The artist checked my initial consultation form, had me wait 1hr and 15 minutes, then she told me they would not do my tattoo. Based on the information I gave on my first visit. They wasted my time and money, with not so much as a sorry.

I have a fair share of tattoos and have been to many shops, but this was by far one of my best experiences in a tattoo shop. Very friendly artists and such a welcoming, comfortable environment. One of the best parts that I personally appreciated more than anything is that they don't have the know it all rockstar ego that so many artists are ruining the industry with. They actually understand that the tattoo is yours forever and they want you to be happy with it!! These artists aren't rockstars, they're ALL STARS! I'm looking forward to coming back for more work! Incredibly friendly and helpful. They show you the brand new clean needle and open it right in front of you. They give you all the aftercare information you need as well. Walked in with my mom to get a tattoo, knowing it was late and we probably wouldn't be able to get in. She was visiting and we figured we could do something fun, spur of the moment. Maria was there kinda closing up, but she didn't even hesitate. We put the tattoos together, and she did a great job on both. She treated us like family, and I'd go back in a heartbeat. Fantastic experience with Brie at Labyrinth. Greeted at the door with hand sanitizer, booties for your shoes and if you dont have your own they offer masks, disposable or fabric, for very reasonable cost! The shop is clean and well lit and the environment is friendly, welcoming, and positive. When I first phoned for information, Christine was very personable and informative which led me to make an appointment. Maria took time to analyze my features, learn exactly the shape of eyebrows I wanted, explained what to expect through the whole process, and sent written follow up instructions to take home afterward for the best results. She was personable and very particular with everything she did which gave me confidence in her ability and happy with the end result. Getting a tattoo done by Maria in August was the best tattoo decision I've made yet. The piece is gorgeous and very well executed. It took a few hours but they went by very fast - not only did Maria have a gentle, sure touch, she was also very friendly and lots of fun to sit with while she tattooed, which made the time fly and the overall pain easier to deal with. I went long time ago to have an idea quoted and at front desk they said the was cool idea hearing from the back or the room was the owner and tattoo artists Maria. She came from the back to see and you could tell the love and joy she had for her profession. I had went other place and they treated me like a number and $$ figure. This place they do and give there best to go above and beyond to make there clients happy. I have been going there 4 yrs now and never a complaint from my side and only compliments when ppl see my tattoos and ask where I got all my work done. I have even had other tattoo artists from other tattoo places love her work on she has done on me. I tell everyone go see and talk to them there and I know any one that goes in there will get a sense for them you will not be disappointed!!! Best shop out there and been in business for over 30yrs :)

I had some permanent makeup done by Maria. Let me tell you, it can be scary getting permanent tattoos on the face! However, Labyrinth Tattoos was recommended to me by a local establishment. They really know their business! I was greeted on time in a very pleasant and professional manner. The premises are very clean (especially now with COVID, I was even given little booties to put on over my shoes! That's a first!). Since I don't normally wear makeup, Maria had to guide me along. She never appeared rushed, or bothered by my indecisions. I got lots of compliments on her work, so I was reluctant to ask for a "touch-up". Maria spent 1 1/2 hours on my "touch-up", making sure I was 100% satisfied! She went above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough!

My experience wasn't great. Got an ear piercing and it has continued to be infected. This is my second year I have had it now. I went back twice to ask the lady to take it out and she wouldn't for some reason. I went to a different place and they took it off, put a new piercing in and helped me heal it no prob. This is what a company SHOULD do. I didn't find it very professional.
