Don't even know if I can get that money back. ** this was intended for black and blue tattoo, my apologies. for some reason they are not on Google maps, and it automatically puts you to black flag when you type it in! As for black flag, I'll adjust my review as I've been treated like royalty there by the staff. Incredible, nice, understanding, patient, and totally there to serve you! I've never had a bad experience, and always left happy.

Really great experience. My 8 yr old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. We came in to see the shop; Jesse and his staff took lots of time explaining to her what to expect, going over the aftercare and even showing her the piercing room. We made an appointment for the following weekend and she left totally stoked. When we arrived for the appointment, Jesse was so encouraging, making my daughter feel absolutely ready. He played some of her favourite music; personalized her earrings by changing the colour of the titanium to purple, even showed her the process. After the first ear was done, she got a little scared. He was very patient, gave her a juice box, and waited till she was settled again. She left feeling so proud of herself and she absolutely loves her earrings. Thank you Jesse, couldn't ask for a better experience. P.S Love the attention to aseptic technique and the follow up visits.

They provided a test strip I didn't even know existed, to show me, the customer.... that after they sterilize equipment, it's legitimately clean !!! Amazing!!! More than Reasonable pricing , including the after care supplies . They welcome follow up care , so I feel more than happy with my lip piercing ! Thanks guys I'll be back for sure.

Absolutely amazing. I went in shortly after donating blood to have my piercing looked at. As the staff member was cleaning and talking to me about the piercing I became very light headed like was going to pass out and very nauseous. The staff member stayed and chatted with me, gave me a glass of water and a cookie. They even told me that if I felt bad again once I got to the top of the stairs that I could call and they’d come out and help me. Super caring place of business. You’re in good hands here!

Favourite place I've been to! Jesse is the bomb! I had a unique triple contraconch/scapha idea which he executed beautifully. His passion, eye for detail and inclusion of things like wearing glasses/headphones is amazing. The place is spotlessly clean and the whole team is obviously proud of their work and strive for the best. I love my piercings and have gone back a number of times for complementary cleanings, check-ups and to have my worries addressed. But, one year later, when my daughter had problems and a few times in between, the service was exceptional. So, the price was actually more than very fair. Definitely THE most customer focused, professional, piercing shop I have ever been to. I have a few piercings and and have been to a few different shops over the years, and Black Flag has become my only shop. Jesse, Zache and Nina are incredible piercers, and have made each visit in there the best visit, every single time. Recently got 2 cartilage piercings on the same ear done by Zache, and it was the best piercing job I have ever had in my life. An hour after getting pierced both piercings looked and felt as good as if they were a year healed. And they have stayed that way! We went to Black Flag for what is called a tandem ear piercing which means that both ears are pierced at the same time by two different piercers. It was an 18th birthday present for my not so child child. I have never, at any business of any kind had as positive experience as we did at Black Flag. The staff were all the most respectful, considerate, inclusive, and genuinely kind people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, from booking to greeting to set up, piercing and after care it was incredible. Their cleanliness and sanitation in an unregulated industry is far and above the highest standards. Upon entry earrings were chosen, with no pressure or hurry up, they showed and modelled as many earrings as we wanted with positive feedback and suggestions. Every staff member was clear and considerate by explaining every step before it was taken, reassured the piercee that any feelings of fear or anxiety were expected and that the process could be stopped at any point with no shame or judgement, and confirmed consent before proceeding to each next step. Aftercare was explained in detail with welcoming any questions or visits if additional help is needed. The staff is so knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions in detail. They are all so passionate about creating a great experience with quality in every part of the piercing, the care they take shows how much they love what they do. We both left feeling amazing about the experience. What an incredible birthday memory. I 100% recommend Black Flag.
