Nicholas is an amazing and efficient piercer! He was very quick, kept asking me if I was alright and that really helped. When I got my cartilage done elsewhere it was weeks before I could even lay on it, but three hours after I got my conch pierced by him I could already comfortably lay on that side without any pain. All in all 100% worth it, I love my new piercing!

I went in for my septum most recently and cannot speak high enough of my time spent here. From the day I called in to make my appointment, to the day I arrived, through the whole process with Nicholas (the piercing artist I had the pleasure of working with), to the jewelry selections and my final after care info before leaving... this place had me feeling like a queen. Awful experience, called and made an appointment for an ear piercing. Website said it would be $55, once they sent me the contract it was $110. I called and they said their website was down and price can change without any notice and I would not be refunded my $15 dollar Deposit fee. So apparently it is my fault that they can’t keep their website up to date. Do not recommend this place at all. Very rude costumer service for a fault of their own.

First visit to a tattoo parlor, and bringing your high school daughter to get a nose ring is a strange experience. But the people were thorough, careful and helpful. I called to make an appointment at visions about a week or two ago to get my piercing looked at. I was afraid my piercing was infected and wanted a professional piercer to look at it. I got this piercing several months ago NOT from a piercer at Visions but, the staff were happy to help. As it turns out, the piercing was infected and I was advised to make an appointment with my doctor, which I did. They also educated me in the piercing I had in and when to know if a piercing is infected or irritated. I had originally gone to another piercing facility in the area a couple of days before going to Visions and they told me just to continue washing the area, even though I had told them it had been several weeks since I had noticed the discomfort of the piercing. If I had not gone to Visions, I would not have known to see my doctor as soon as I did. Thank you to all of the staff at Visions!!! You were VERY helpful :)

I went to visions to get my first lobes piercing about two years ago and they were amazing (a little on the expensive side) but 100% worth it because I wanted my piercing to heal correctly with no issues and they are extremely sanitary and did a good job. I just went to the apprentice Cynthia for my helix the other day and she did amazing. She was so kind and helped to calm my nerves and I appreciated how much time she took to make sure it was in the spot I wanted. Her colleagues were in the room as well and for someone who doesn’t like pain they were all so kind and made me comfortable. If you take care of your piercings correctly they should heal really well because they are extremely sanitary when doing the procedure and clarify any questions you have. I will definitely be back in the future if I want more :) and would recommend them to anyone looking for a piercing. I also don’t know about anyone else’s experience with cartilage piercings but I’ve noticed I have extremely minimal pain after mine endless i accidentally touch it or something.

I went to get my navel pierced and drove almost an hour out of my way to come here. Once I was here they told me I had an unpiercable navel and if I had it pierced my body would reject it. I had already previously asked my friend who pierces for a living if my navel was piercable and she had told me it was. So I ended up going to Red's Tattoos and Piercings in Providence Rhode Island. The guy there told me my navel was totally piercable and did it for me. It's been almost 4 months and i have yet to see any sign of rejection. The girls there are obviously inexperienced and I'd recommend going somewhere with people who know what they are doing. Like Red's Tattoos and Piercings :)

I had a super great experience with Angie, getting my piercing done! It was the first piercing I have ever gotten and I felt comfortable the entire time! The staff made sure that I was well informed about the piercing both before and after getting it done. Overall, a very welcoming and unique place! I would definitely recommend it!

Was very excited to get pierced. Had appointment with Angela. She did a nice job with the piercing but was a slimy sales person. Made me believe I needed things done that did not need to be done and did not need to buy products she convinced me to buy. Felt taken advantage of and unsafe. Was going to buy artwork but decided she had swindled enough of my money. She was also aggressive and corrupt when it came to selling me jewellery. She kept driving my attention towards expensive pieces when there were much cheaper options available. Overall I will not go back because she did not protect me as a consumer. I can not reccomend any business that basically tricks customers into spending more than they need to. Body art professionals need to remember that customers will return and spend more if they are treated with kindness each time they purchase. She got it wrong.

Visions is the place to to if you want some quality work done, tattoo or piercing, you won't be disappointed. From I am a client of Ariel's, as amazing of a tattoo artist she is, she's an even better person, you can't go wrong with her, you will come for the tattoo and stay for the conversation, she is definitely one cool person. Everyone else in the shop from Canman, Craig, Mike, all the way down to the receptionist will make you feel super welcome and valued. On top of the quality of work and employees, make sure you take notice of how immaculately clean it is, it is operating room clean, down to the bathroom, and if the bathroom isn't clean, honestly, nothing else is clean, and their bathroom is pristine. The last thing is the price compared to other shops, everyone always complains about how expensive tattoos are, I have to say, I think they're prices are honestly more than fair, yes you may get sticker shock depending what you expect to pay hourly compared to other shops, but to this I say don't be close minded, regardless how "expensive" you may find it, it is an investment in yourself and you have to think long term, your tattoo will be with you forever, after it's all said and done, it really cost pennies a day over the course of your life. Always remember, a GOOD tattoo is not cheap and a cheap tattoo is not good!! Go to visions, you won't be disappointed.

My daughter and I have been coming to Visions for almost 5 years now. Between her and I, we have 8 piercings from Nicholas, the most recent being this evening. I’ve had my navel pierced three times before, yet Nicholas was able to navigate the scarring and place a straight, new navel piercing. He is always available for advice, and has a great eye for what jewelry will flatter us best. I’m running out of real estate for anything else, but happily refer friends who are looking for a professional, welcoming place with great people and an incredible selection of jewelry.

Honestly , I would not recommend this place. Every time I have gone in they have been very rude to me or talked down to me. Not only are they rude, they charge a ridiculous amount for piercings and jewelry. I got one piercing done that was done so poorly my ear turned purple and now there is permanent damage to where the piercing was. I am a person with MANY ear piercings (13) and I have never had an issue until I came here.

Definitely recommend, I got my naval pierced by Nicholas. Extremely nice guy and he did an aweosme job. However I was not happy to hear I have a collapsed naval. So they had to peirce it with a ring with a flat disk for the bottom part. It's not pretty but the top is a diamond and very pretty. I'm allowed to change it in 3-4 months. Although I appreciated the concern of rejection or migration if a different ring was put in. Also one other part I didn't like was the price. Very expensive, except if you saw the steps they go through to steralize it is extremely thought out. Made me feel very comfortable with how clean they are. You definitely get what you pay for. Get a peircing by Nicholas while he's there!!!

I’ve been to Visions since I turned 18 and had 5 piercings done here. Not only are the staff extremely professional and kind, the place is clean as can be and super comfortable/welcoming. I’ve accompanied friends to some sketchy places and am always thankful that I come to a place like this for my own piercings. Nicholas and his apprentice Cynthia are both amazing. I recommend Visions all the time to anyone considering a new piercing.

Buyer beware- they are sketchy at best. You want to have a professional environment and courteous billing, but they can’t provide that here. Their website prices are totally different from what they actually charge - so a service that’s $50 on their site in reality is $145 in store. But they get you in a trap because if you try to complain about the price difference or cancel your appointment you have to forfeit the deposit they take. I wouldn’t go to these folks, especially when you have so many other options around that are going to be consistently consistent. Also, cleanliness is next to godliness so keep that in mind

I went in to get a second piercing in both earlobes and had a wonderful experience with Nicholas and his team. The studio was incredibly clean and took great COVID precautions which included only having 1 customer in the studio at a time to adhere to social distancing guidelines as well as masks and hand sanitizer. I felt very safe. Nicholas was very professional and friendly and took the time to talk me through the aftercare (the aftercare presentation that you are emailed after your appointment is great as well). I was initially very anxious because I haven’t gotten anything pierced in about 16 years but could not have asked for a better experience.

Angela convinced me to pierce my ear lobe with a piece of jewelry that is not long enough to stay attached. She shamefully upsold me when she could have simply pierced my ear with a modestly priced and appropriate piercing. Piercing fell out and was very expensive. A different jeweler informed me that the piercer should have advised me better and used the correct piercing for the area. I called Visions and spoke with a very rude receptionist who had endless excuses. Angela eventually got on the phone and refused to help make the situation right. In fact, she blamed me for the problem even though I trusted her to take care of me humanely. In my opinion she failed as an artist as well as a business woman. She went for my wallet. Hope the sale was worth it, I will never be back and I'll make it my job to tell everyone I know that visions cares about one thing- TAKING AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE.
